Stopped here for the first time to do work and drink coffee. The customer service was FRIENDLY and PHENOMENAL. The vibe here was really cool. The restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were Buc’Ee’s clean. Takena was AWESOME as were the other baristas. She was attentive and friendly. I will be returning.

Watch your order carefully!! They like to add items to your order. I’ve had a double shot of espresso added to my order when I didn’t ask for it. Today they added 5 pumps of caramel syrup to my latte that I didn’t order. Had to throw that cup of sugar away. $7 down the drain.

Fast, clean. This location has padded bench seating and chairs. Drive through! And plenty of covered patio seating. Service was good. Music was nice, from a bygone era, relaxing. The only thing I didn't care for was there is no stir sticks, napkins, sweetners or creamers out; you have to ask for and get everything at the serving counter from the staff.

Go here normally and it’s pretty ok. not the best i’ve ever been to, but it’s wasn’t the worst. However, probably won’t go back after today.Sarah, who was the worker, was very rude. She had an attitude, made a comment that it was my fault for not needing a carrier when I told her not to give it, confusing when I told her about my online order, snappy with me, drinks were extremely watery, and the food was cold. Worst experience I’ve had.

Andy and Jaime made my day. They provided excellent customer service, very kind and with a smile on their face. Even though I might have ordered incorrectly they didn't question it and once I had asked for a refund for the wrong order they had already credited back! I've never really been a Starbucks person and I decided to try one I saw online that looked good and thought I ordered correctly but must have been lost in translation through the drive through. When we realized the order was wrong at rhe window they fixed it right away! This location in particular always looks busy when I pass by so it must be for a reason! Thank you!
