KP's Kitchen Catering is a neighborhood gem and one of the best places in Spring Branch. Overall the food is good and service is great. One of the favorite restaurants in Houston. The food is amazing every time. The service is always great and the owner seems like a good guy who’s invested in his staff and his community. The food is tasty and freshly made, and the staff are friendly and attentive. It’s a nice, casual spot to visit again. Don't sleep on the burger, which is juicy. Don't miss out on steak night, the pancakes, the fish and chips special, the hot honey chicken, and the fried rice. The Chipotle Pimento Cheese Dip is excellent. The Grilled Salmon Plate is a new favorite. Papa Fred's Pork Chop is really good with a nice apricot glaze. The lamb chops are jerked and so damn delicious. The greens are so good, the mac&cheese is great. The Kids Menu Chicken Tenders are a little dry. The rainbow trout is big, but kind of lacking of the fresh taste. The brussel sprouts are a little bit too sweet. The vibe is so chill. Don't miss $1 wine specials.
