The spread was the perfect balance of fresh selections, hot appetizers, and delicious desserts—and everything was beautifully presented and full of flavor. If you're looking to elevate your next event and offer something beyond the typical catering, I can't recommend Bua's Bistro enough. They truly helped make our event memorable, and they'll definitely be our go-to for future events!“
“It's a typical eatery in a common hotel setting. Food is thus priced higher by 5 to 10 dollars but, with price of drivers in U.S. reaching 8 dollars per mile of oneway trip before 15% of food price taxed by the drivers in U.S., it is now a lot better to eat at hotels unless there is a real restaurant that I must go.“

“This Bistro is located in Courtyard Marriott-Houston. The menu has limited options but it is good enough for a quick lunch/dinner/snack, if you don’t feel like going out anywhere or just want to hang out at the hotel. There’s definitely enough choices of beverages. The staff is very friendly and the lobby has enough seating options with TV.This visit, we ordered wine, and the Margarita Flatbread and it was delicious. We also ordered udessert. Can’t go wrong with Salted Caramel cheesecake and dark chocolate chip cookie! Mmmmmm….so good!“

“We love this place! Nice outdoor seating, the espresso martini is made with pure love ❤ it’s sooo good. Food comes very fast and it is fresh! Drinks and food is great 👍🏽 I even brought my parents here and my mom loved the hot tea. 10/10 will always recommend this place!“

“The place was outstanding. I had the pleasure of coming on the time that Netherlands and Germany going to play for the World Cup at the NRG. It was very busy, but overall the service and atmosphere was outstanding. I will definitely come back. 🌷😊“
