Every time we’ve been here the workers are glued to their phones and don’t greet customers. Today the server literally propped her phone up against the wall and was listening to loud talking on the phone while making our sandwiches. Brazenly not caring one bit about customer service. The ice machine was empty and she said the ice was in the back. The owner of subway must just not care because we reported this directly last time we were there. Desperate for help I suppose.
Save your self the stress and find another location. They took forever to make our food and the chicken was cold A F even though we asked them to toast it. As we were placing our order there were multiple complains from other customers
