Where is the seat I been to this Starbucks for the first time so far their customer service about my order was excellent but there was no seat inside or outside and when I just waited for the uber outside front of the Starbucks officer guy came to me and he said I can’t wait outside I need go wait inside I never again back to this location like that.

No bathroom despite what google says. Walked outside with my drink and stood for at MOST 1 minute on my phone trying to find somewhere else with a bathroom and the security guard told me I could either stand inside or I’d have to leave. Weird. Matcha is good but a lot of it was just foam on top, making me think I could’ve been shorted some drink.

By far the worse Starbucks ever! The lady or manager name “Case” was forcing me to order when I wasn’t ready to order! Looking at Starbucks menu on my phone decided what I like and reading the details I event step out of line let others order before me and she called me out and infront of everyone embarrassing saying I need to order when I told her I’m still looking at the menu not ready to order. Saying I have to step outside and decide what I want to order. I step outside and took a pic of the store. I will follow up on this.

As a local, I go to this location very often. Usually the staff is wonderful! However, today, I was checked out by cashier with purple hair who had a very hard time understanding me. I am quite soft spoken, but the miscommunication wasn’t an issue. We went over my order about three times. When I received my order, it was incorrect. I simply let the lady with the purple hair know that I had asked for something different however, I don’t mind taking the order that I got made. She came near the counter and took my cup poured it out and said that she would make it herself. I noticed some mishaps happening as she was making it which might’ve heightened her frustration. Nonetheless, when she came back with my cup, the order was still incorrect now with a heavy set of ice when I ordered light ice. I just let it go because it was a very simple mistake and I don’t mind drinking it. I thanked her for her effort and she seemingly ignored me out of frustration. We are all human, so I completely understand how she might’ve felt in that position however that doesn’t discount the way that she made a customer who came in and was nothing but nice during the entire process. This experience taught me that maybe being so close to home I should be making my own Matcha rather than buying it from Starbucks as it’s not always convenient. I will not be going back to this location. I appreciate each and everyone of the kind workers who are still there. ❤️

Very rude people. Not just the coffees were terrible, but the service was worse. Not a welcoming experience at all. They need to work with their customer service since Starbucks is known for their nice and friendly service. First and last time visiting them.

I had an order which was quick and okey. But after 15 mins later maybe I went back and asked a cup of water. Cashier lady says that they cant serve water unless we order something from menu. What? I asked water guys not coffee or food. But after I said i had an order, after she serves water. Idk its just tap water guys, chill.
