It is located in front of the Flixbus bus stop. There is no bathroom, and the security guard at the door does his job very well, not letting you stay inside unless you are going to eat or pick up your order. The place is not designed to be a pleasant place to stay, but rather for pick up only. If it rains, you are not allowed to stay in the covered area where the coffee shop is located. They could take advantage of the movement that the Flixbus stop brings and improve the atmosphere.

What’s the point of this Starbucks? There’s not a single chair or table, it’s basically order and get out. It’s across the street from a Flixbus pickup they could profit off of the number of people waiting for a bus, except there’s no sit space, and no sealed drinks (save WARM water bottles.) I saw the layout and couldn’t even send a single text after getting out of my Uber (before trying to fight the door with my 4 bags) before a security guard walked up and told me that I could wait inside, but not outside (???) It would be clear that I wasn’t loitering for anyone that had just seen me arrive, this was an absurd interaction. This isn’t even a very nice area, as proven by the empty lot with a rusted fence that is the bus stop.
Y’all could’ve had my money despite my distaste for their coffee, but hey, I guess you’re really concerned about people being around your business in any way, shape, or form.

Slow, took a bit to get order and drink vanilla iced coffee was average I had to find a way to mix because was not given a straw. I hate they ask for tip before the service. McDonald's is much better.

If you’re across the street from a “bus station” with no shelter or shade, and I buy a $6 drink, the least you could do is allow me to use the bathroom and sit for a few minutes. “Third place” lol

This location is small and therefore it can get backed up pretty quick. It's in a prime location so everyone is always ordering from here making wait times a little longer than usual. That being said, the manager of this location is awesome. You can tell they work really hard and do their best to get your order ready in a timely fashion. Order ahead and you shouldn't have any issues. I've been going here for years and the worst I ever had to wait was 15 minutes which is nothing when you consider the volume this store does on a daily basis. Thanks for all y'all do!

This Starbuck location asked my daughter to leave after making a purchase. My daughter missed her bus at 6:00 am and went to purchase and wait for an Uber to pick her up. I called and asked why she was asked to leave. The manager said it is a grab and go location. I asked if this is posted on there front door… the manager went and checked and said no. The online notes do not have this location as Grab and Go. It does state the states it offers WIFI. Extremely misleading.
