Today I stopped by Starbucks in the pouring rain because my wife asked me to pick up a drink—but I couldn’t remember what it was called. While the rain was coming into my car and I was feeling a bit frustrated, the barista, Mario, went above and beyond. With the little (and not-so-helpful) information I gave him, he was still able to figure out exactly what drink my wife wanted. Great customer service every time ! I went in today to get my usual coffee and looked to see if Mario was there but unfortunately I didn’t see him today last time he helped me out on drive threw he asked if I was doing okay because, I was crying so I appreciate him being thoughtful definitely will keep coming to this Starbucks .
