Today I pulled into the drive through and order a drink for my wife and I. I had to request that the sizes of my drinks be adjusted as they made them a large immediately. Once I got to the window I was meet with a hand holding a screen requesting a tip. No hello nothing so I didnât tip, both of our drinks were missing ingredients as basic as whip cream. They were set on the window ledge and they closed the window. I attempted to get the staffâs attention and no one came to the window. I hope all guests arenât treated like this. I would have tipped if I had gotten a hello not a hand in my face.

Terrible attitude from one of the workers. Had to drive back to get a redo of my drink, and the lady that took my order was obviously done. She used such a dead tone and borderline polite words but it was in such an obnoxious way that you could tell she was annoyed or passive aggressive. Gave a little attitude âthrow away your drink because we canât physically take it backâ. I mean I didnât want the drink, thatâs why I had to drive back for a redo, but itâs the principle of the matter. She said it in such a RUDE way, and usually Starbucks offers to let you keep the drink sometimes especially when youâre obviously upset. Wish Iâd read her name tag, but itâs 9:30 on a Saturday night (hence why I was so upset about having to circle and drive back for a redo).
My advice is to avoid this place. They screwed me over last time too. I ordered a double chocolate chip frap. And after I paid I found out they couldnât make it correctly because they ran out of the cookie crumble (which is what makes the whole drink) for it. So I had to go in and wait in line to get a refund and then drive to another Starbucks.

I didnt catch the young man's name, but he had Class of 2023 on his apron and he was very nice & had great customer service skills! He was very attentive with taking my order correctly and it was much appreciated. The barista with the beautiful beige beanie did 100% perfect with making my drink how I like! This location is better than any of the ones in Houston! Thank you both! :) And give them a raise!

the service was very good, fast, the work team was very good and helpful, they know their job but I can't give them 5 stars because in the establishment there was a customer sitting drinking his coffee and reading a book, in my opinion too relaxed because he had his feet on one of the tables where customers are supposed to put their coffees to share with other people, which is in bad taste and very unhygienic, while I was in the cafe I did not see any member of the work team say anything to this customer, are we still in many places using the mask and hand sanitizer and we let such filth pass?

I think something is wrong with their ordering system or the way they manage orders. It is illogical for a mobile drink order, placed prior to arriving, take longer than walk-ins/drive thrus. No issues with the workers, everyone appeared to be doing their job, plenty of staff, courteous. But something to consider if youâre placing orders, maybe itâs better to go in or through the drive-thru
My coffee was half empty, I understand there should be foam but these coffees arenât cheap, why the hell would I want a half empty cup of coffee

I frequent a lot of Starbucks and this one has the worst customer service. I wasnât greeted and the girl that took my order was kind of rude. It was late morning so I asked do you have 2 butter croissants. Didnât respond at all but then asked is that it. Iâm like no. I ordered my drink and she just walks away. So obviously she did not receive a tip. My husband dropped me off went to McDonaldâs ordered his food came back ate all his food and my drink still hadnât even been started on. ??ââď¸

Love the way they make my iced cafe latte with vanilla syrup and an extra shot PERFECT every time! The friendly drive thru girl Anna is the sweetest. Her smile is contagious and I love how she connects with me! It makes it feel like a homey coffee shop and everyone is always so kind.
Parking: I feel safe when I drink coffee and chill here. Conveniently near a gas station and vape shop so I can fill up on gas and nic when I leave!
