I came by for drinks and the gentleman taking our order saw my dog, and said my copilot. Asked if we wanted a pup cup. I laughed and said well we have 6 but sure. Whatever you can do. I wasn’t expecting all 6! We pulled up and the staff all came to greet us. We’re so happy to see all the dogs. They were incredibly sweet! The kind of customer service you always hope for but dont always get. These bright faces were so so kind. Gave us 6 pup cups and said how cute the dogs were. Told us to come more often. They made our day and the dogs were super excited! I wish everybody was that kind and excited! As a dog person, it really made my day! So thank you to the staff!

I just want to say that this particular location on beltway 8 and west rd. Is probably the MOST NICEST. I don't feel guilty about spending $6 on my drink, especially because they ALWAYS I mean ALWAYS greet me with a SMILE! Thankyou, Starbucks People. See yall tomorrow again!!!

The service was terrible and I say that because I was never assisted I waited for Five minutes and no one ever came up to me and they kept skipping over me. Wouldn’t recommend coming here! McDonald’s has better Customer Service than this a man café it is

They left my Frappe off to the side for 0 reason until it was watered down. I’m sure some people don’t mind but I personally like mine icey. Along with that the other drink we ordered was completely made wrong.

There is not much to say about Starbucks, it is always ideal, it is the best there is for breakfast, always attentive with Attention. The drinks are incredible. The prices are considered normal, neither so low nor so high in relation to attention and good service, I think it’s a fair price

Took the dogs to the vet. They deserved pup cups before going home. We, of course, got our beverages as well. Young woman working the drive thru was excellent.

I truly understand how you feel because I’ve had a similar experience. Even after purchasing a drink, when I politely asked for a cup of ice water, the staff responded with an unfriendly attitude — almost as if I was doing something wrong.
That moment made me feel disrespected and looked down upon, just like what you described. No one should be treated that way over such a simple and reasonable request.
Asking for a cup of ice water shouldn’t be a big deal. I never imagined that such a small, basic request could become a reason for someone to act rudely or make a customer feel unwelcome.
It left me feeling disappointed and upset. In a place like Starbucks — which stands for kindness, equality, and customer respect .

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had today (June 19) at your location at 9209 West Road, Houston, TX.

The staff member involved was an African-American female barista.
After ordering my drink, I politely requested a cup of water — something I’ve done many times at this location and others. However, the employee refused and told me that I had to purchase the water. When I asked for clarification, she insisted I must buy a cup of ice water.
This confused me, as there is no such item listed on the in-store menu or on the Starbucks app. I even checked the app again on the spot and could not find any menu item requiring purchase for a simple cup of water.
More troubling than the refusal itself was her attitude — the way she looked at me, spoke to me, and behaved during the interaction made me feel disrespected and targeted, especially as an Asian customer. Her demeanor gave the impression that I was being treated unfairly based on my race. It felt discriminatory and degrading.
No customer should be made to feel this way — especially not at a company like Starbucks, which stands for respect, inclusion, and equality.
I hope Starbucks will take this matter seriously. Please investigate this incident and consider taking steps to ensure that all staff are properly trained to treat every customer with professionalism and fairness, regardless of race or background.

Excellent service
It's a dirty place with cockroaches and horrible service. This person is rude when talking to customers. Don't visit it; their coffee is filled with cockroaches.

Order a venti Ice Bsrsg Oat E; received cup two thirds full with a ton of ice. Basically a tall in a venti cup. Instead of remaking my drink to the appropriate size the cashier goes back and forth with me. It was 5:34am and I was on my way to work. I come to this location all the time and my drink has never looked like this. Very disappointed.
