Was having a rough day for my birthday but the lady at the register made my day just off her friendly personality and great energy i didn’t have to wait long the service was great and drink i ordered was perfect

The lady at the window taking our order hastily ended our order, showing no interest in upselling or taking my order and appeared very aggravated, which is not how to treat paying customers. I ordered a Frappuccino crunch with whipped cream, which was great, but my son's order for a Frappuccino without whipped cream was not followed. Instead of remaking it without whipped cream when this was pointed out, the employee simply removed the whipped cream, which could have been...
