Go there at 610 am 2 employees standing around on their phone. I ask what time they open, I’m told in a bit. I ask you don’t have a specific time? You know it is a business! I’m told no in a bit.

It’s an airport. No room for a line to get food or pick it up. It’s beside two or three other restaurants in a small space. It will take forever to get food. Don’t order unless your terminal for the connecting flight is really close. The food is outstanding though. We love steak and shake. The prices are astronomical. For our small family we paid over $70.

Don’t get the chicken tenders. I got food poisoning and I know it was from them because they didn’t look good or taste good. I ended up throwing it out. 24 hours later I’m really sick.

What ever happened to the chili mac or the chili 3 ways that made Steak n Shake famous?
Meh. Didn’t live up to the 3.9 rating. Not that I expected it to be great, but better than what I received.
Cashier was friendly. Lady behind the counter was alright.
Food was mediocre. Any of the other surrounding options would’ve been better, I’m sure.

Had no idea Steak 'n Shakes were in airports, but it's a good option due to the quick service and surprisingly reasonable prices (for an airport restaurant). Unfortunately, the fries were not great even after adding salt. The burger was decent though. The staff were very friendly despite being one of the craziest travel days of the year.
