If I could give them a 0 I would . I couldn’t even order because the manager made me feel so uncomfortable because I had my jacket off walking into this location , mind you is damn near 95 degrees . Don’t go to this location if u want to be discriminated against by minorities even if u are one lol 🤣🤣🤣

Location is nasty They have homeless people and roaches. The Hispanic guy behind the register is very rude and unprofessional would never come back here again.

I accidentally order ham

I’ve never argued with a fast food worker before, today was a first. Employee was telling me I’m only allowed to have 6 onions on my sandwich cause I asked for extra. Everyday Houston people be letting me down.

Racist! Refuse to hiring blacks! Soon he heard that my fiancé was black he immediately said he wasn’t hiring after an employee stated they were in need of help last night while we were purchasing food. I won’t put another dollar there!

Red Zone

The whole parking lot smells like piss and so many weird people here. I don’t know why it happened tonight, but these two male African American employees were so rude to me tonight. I asked for ice but they wouldn’t give me ice for $1, instead they tell me to pay $2.50$ or more, and they were just giving me a very unwelcoming attitude just cause I brought my service dog who’s got every right to be with me. I told them it was my service dog with proof of service card, but they didn’t believe me. Crappy customer service. They are prejudice and unloving to service dogs.
I came in the store with a happy good mood, and they left me leaving the store in a crappy mood. I’m not coming back for a long time until they hire nice employees who are honest, compassionate and chill.

I encountered a significant issue with a merchant while picking up a DoorDash order. The app stated the order was ready, but a male employee, instead of handing it over, told me to wait while he entertained another customer attempting to get free items. This directly violated their contractual obligation to have orders ready for pickup. This kind of behavior wastes Dasher time, store resources, and, most importantly, the customer's time, as their order had not even been started. I expect merchants to uphold their agreements and prioritize prepared orders.
