They have terrible customer service day. Don’t give you the coupon that the app is accepting they get mad all the time. If I tell him, I need the cheese on top of the meat they get mad and they say they can’t just letting you know guys this store is the worst store I’ve ever been. I prefer Going on 529 and Highway six because this one is the worst people in customer service I ever had

I’ve never had any super big issues at this location most of the time the staff is nice and friendly. The only thing is that they only have one person fulfilling the orders, online orders and in person. That is not fair for the worker because it sets them behind and once they are set behind on their orders it kind of forces them to cut corners and make messy sandwiches or get something wrong in the order. They need to add more people so they can help each other. My online order was supposed to be ready for 6:55 my husband goes to pick up the order and is not ready because he has clients at the counter that need to place their order, so my husband ended up waiting over 20mins, keep in mind it’s a pickup order placed at 6:40pm, it defeats the purpose of placing your order online and not ready when you need it, and did not get it until 7:30 pm! Almost an hour! You cannot blame the person making the sandwiches! Is it only one person working because they don’t want to pay someone else and are wanting to save themselves money? Or maybe the second person could not make it to their shift last minute? Whatever the issue is, it is not the first time in the evening, but it is the first it takes this long. The one star is not because of the employee, it’s because of whoever controls this location.

The staff in this Subway store try their best to offer an outstanding customer service. Yes, is not always but must of the times I order here the order is accurate and ingredients fresh. The staff is friendly, too.

Didn't even eat here bc the employee was outside smoking when we pulled up and the we watched him walk inside and go straight to the counter to fix our food and HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been to a lot of subways. This one by bar has to be the worst one I’ve ever been to the person behind the counter barely spoke. English seem to be more interested in what the people in the backroom we’re doing. so I guess when he was done with his conversation and some language, I never heard which I find that to be totally rude that you’re speaking foreign language in front of me, but we’re standing in Texas. Take my order make my sandwich this guy did it eventually, but man I will never go there again. I’ll go to the other one up 529. They’re way nicer and then they wanna tip at the end, right

2024: absolutely will never come here again they are toooo stingy with ingredients for a $12-$15 sandwhich! Just stay home and make it urself!!!

I love this location! The manager always speaks as soon as you come into the door. The food is always good! Always made right. I prefer to order online and pick up. I’ve had times to be there to pick up and showed up early and my food was ready. So they move pretty fast. I haven’t ever had any issues at this location.

The bread was good, but the drinks didn't serve any, there was no sweet tea and the sodas were flat and watered down, very bad.

They messed up my order twice, the guy doesn't speak any English, using a gift card so I can't get any refunds, and the guy keeps a metal shield over the sandwich prep area so you can't see what he's screwing up. Don't go here. Waste of a subway.

Ordered two sandwiches online and they both were completely mixed up. One was supposed to be a classic philli. And it came with all the toppings from a #30 monster sandwich. Which was also ordered. And the monster sandwich was overstuffed with onions. Only onions. Both were supposed to be toasted and neither were.
