The Subway is conveniently located on Shepherd & Richmond, it is a small store however the service is always fast and friendly. The food was great, I purchased a 12 inch spicy Italian and it was delicious. The friendly atmosphere makes the customer want to return, I have been at other locations where the service is so bad that you just prefer not to go back. Thank you for a great store.

I just learned this subway ask for tips on its payment panel but those tips don't go to the cashiers. Subway it's not right to ask for tips that don't go to the people working there. Is it even legal?

I was in there at 7 on 9/17 the two girls in there were just throwing my salad together talking in Spanish about me like I don’t understand. Never offered me salad dressing was very rude. I do not recommend this

It's the 3rd time I come in a week they have their restroom closed. They don't want to you use their restroom but they want to you spend money there . Ridiculous. Never will go back!

I am/was a regular at the S. Shepherd Ave location. The location is not the closest for me but it is a straight shot down Alabama. The store is well maintained. The staff (all female) are courteous and professional. They take/took care to make certain my order, placed through the app, is/was done to my specifications. And, I like some of the new Subway Series choices and a couple of the Vault choices. So, that is the reason for the four stars.BUT, I was snookered into spending $15 for a foot long passport--good for April 2023, that entitled me to one 12" per day @ 50% off. I received notification that I had been approved. However, I was unable to access the Passport through the app and so was not given the 50% discount except the one time, in earIy April, when ordered at the store because I had just been shopping at Trader Joe's a few of blocks north. The next two times, ordering through the app, I was charged full-price.This is NOT the franchisee's or the staff's problem. It is with the @$$H@tts in the home office. All of the "contact us" links in the Subway.com website have been disconnected. The FAQ's does not provide an opportunity to submit a complaint. So, I wrote about my frustration with the program and emailed it to their "press office." I did eventually get contacted by a different franchisee who evidently has a regional role as the Home Office flak catcher. Was repeatedly emailed telling me the headquarters had not responded/not found a link to my App/. I kept insisting that I had paid for it. Finally, found an electronic confirmation of my enrollment (April is over as is the promotion). Sent that to the local flak catcher, who emailed me today that "it was my fault because I didn't enable all cookies? Really? Where, exactly on the Subway does it direct me to do so? And, why is that link linked to a cookie?Anyway, the flak catcher wrote she was "sorry" about my sad experience and offered to comp me a 6" sandwich. Subway's parent company, Doctors Associates, is goosing their revenues to attract some investment bank or other major fast food aggregator to pay them $10 Billion. Smells like a Trumpdump scam. And, I sincerely regret I will no longer be patronizing any SW franchise because I think the franchisee and the staff are also being victimized. Oh, Ms. O-- do make up the "6 incher you offered me. Stick in a bag and tell the suits in Connecticut they can shove it up their trumpwholes.

Usual Subway food. Worst parking I've ever seen. Almost everything is too salty to be healthy.Vegetarian options: You can get a vegetarian sob but it won't be filling.

Hello, I rarely give any reviews on restaurants. This time I had to because I read reviews complaining about this subway which are completely false. There is a review that says the after 3pm the place is closed. I know for a fact that this subway closes on 3 days a year if not less. I really hate when anyone can write a review and no one verifies the accuracy. And NO, I don't own this subway. I am a regular client and I enjoy going to this place. Are there things that could be improved, of course. We all can always improve. Some complaint about English (anglish another complained) but you have to understand that most of the employees that struggle with English are old persons, which, if you are just a little honest, must understand that it's difficult for them to learn another language but most of them try to speak English. I can go on and on and on but I won't. My experience has been excellent, they are attentive, they are friendly and they place is clean. I hope we all can review places not depending on our own mood that day...

First of all, they need to hire people who speak anglish clearly and effectively, this is America, we are a diverse land but we also need to be able to communicate with people who make our food. Also there are a bunch of you g girls who need to put the phone down and learn how to make a sandwich and listen to what people say. It's a sandwich, it's not that hard. These people want to make $15 an hour? Literally I wouldn't pay these people more than minimum wage. That opinion might change when they learn how to put meat on bread in the order I ask for it, but as of right now? Learn to speak English, learn to listen, and get off your phone.
