I am/was a regular at the S. Shepherd Ave location. The location is not the closest for me but it is a straight shot down Alabama. The store is well maintained. The staff (all female) are courteous and professional. They take/took care to make certain my order, placed through the app, is/was done to my specifications. Hello, I rarely give any reviews on restaurants. This time I had to because I read reviews complaining about this subway which are completely false. There is a review that says the after 3pm the place is closed. I know for a fact that this subway closes on 3 days a year if not less. The Subway is conveniently located on Shepherd & Richmond, it is a small store however the service is always fast and friendly. The food was great, I purchased a 12 inch spicy Italian and it was delicious. The friendly atmosphere makes the customer want to return, I have been at other locations where the service is so bad that you just prefer not to go back. Thank you for a great store.
