Subway needs to hire more workers during busy hours. There should be no reason to be waiting 10+ minutes before Subway wants to only have two people. The ladies were nice but it was too slow

Second subway that I went to now this one I’m asking for six sweet. The Spanish worker does not speak English. She’s pointing and grabbing all other bread items except for the wheat. I’m not sure what’s going on with Subway and why they’re hiring non-English speaking people, but this is ridiculous.

I enjoy being a regular customer at this subway location especially during rodeo season. I work at NRG Stadium & stop by before going into work for events. The ladies that work there give great service & keep the store quite clean. Keep up the great quality work!

Waited 15 minutes for a Pick-Up order. Sandwiches were not made correctly. Forgot cheese , barely any lettuce or pickles. Asked for one to be toasted and it wasn’t . Cookies were rock hard, unusual for subway cookies. Only 2 employees working with 6 customers waiting during a lunch hour.
Service is so terrible. Placed order over the app and when came in, no one was behind counter. Then when someone showed up, they said someone might have picked up my order already. Now they start again with my order.
