I wish that I can give this place no stars. They are supposed to close at 9pm. Im here now and at 8:47 the door is locked and I knocked and the girl said their and I said it's not 9pm and she put her hand across her neck(like cut) telling me their closed.

They have a sign outside their door for when it's open. At 3:20pm they already locked the doors even though it says they are open till 9pm

Literally just pulled out because theres no one inside at 7pm when they close at 9, the open sign was on and the store lights where too i just wanted a sandwich bruh.

This location never has tuna available, service is awful, and it’s always dirty with AC issues. I’ve lived in this area for years and recently it’s NOT it. I literally have to drive it to hwy6 or westchase area to get a good sandwich.

Every time I go to this location, they don't have bread or cheese, or chips. It's always something. Went today and they only had white bread. Not consistent at all with the food but very consistent with always being out of stuff. I drove to another location down the street , which I never knew was there and it just reminded me how Subways is supposed to run. Shout out to that location! But yeah be ready to change your order because they might not have it.

This location is open whenever they want to be. The location opens at 8A on Sundays and I arrived at 9:15A to get food. My fiancé and I both knocked and it took 30-45 minutes for someone to come unlock the door and assist me with my order. This is the 3rd or 4th time the store as been “open” but the door is locked and the staff is unresponsive.

Stopped by to pick up a couple of subs for the family. Both of the females working on 02/08/24 were inattentive at the counter. Messed up a couple of orders before getting to me. They were too busy talking to each other about their weekends.

Once I made it home, i found 2 long pieces of black hair in my footlong. Looks exactly like the woman's hair who made my sandwich. How are they not required to wear hairnets? Do better Subway. Truly disappointed.

I was recently charged over $100 from a worthless bum with no job using my card to purchase food from this restaurant. I got in contact with my bank and thankfully they took care of it. Subways mobile app is not safe and there’s no one to report this too. Be careful with saving your cards. People with no dignity or morals are eager to take what’s not theirs.
