The manager discriminates and only hires Latinos. Every time I come in, there's only 2 people working the line while everybody else stands in the back talking, making the line move super slow.

If I could rate 0 stars I would I can’t believe it. I went in there ordered my food once I’m going to pay manager said only cash. I’m sorry but this is 2024 everyone is using cards or tap pay. They literally know I go there every week because I work next door. The literally sent me away without my food, I only ordered a roll up which is $3 like really yall prefer to loose a customer over $3. Unbelievable these managers at these establishments. Now the staff there is awesome but the manager sucks. Like I said UNBELIEVABLE. Imagine having your food prepared in front of you and then you can’t take it because of them not being responsible. That’s crazy losing customers

I'm not one to leave reviews but this site deserves it. The worst service they can give you, the counter has a metal thing that does not allow you to see the food, that is, you cannot see what you are going to order and when I tell the lady she even treats me in a bad way. I don't recommend it at all.
this was The literal most worst experience I’ve ever ever ever ever ever had with subway. I’m 100% black myself but the black guy that was working really should not be there he had the worst customer service ever he barely gave me any cheese that I asked for and he charged me extra because it was Mozzarella. Then he wouldn’t let me use another coupon once I already made the first order, He didn’t let me do a second one. please please please retrain him or get him out of that immediately. I don’t know what they did back there in his hometown Uganda But this is the US . We need what we PAY for.

Esperanza litterly just stopped making my sandwich today when I went not sure what her problem is but it was a horrible visit at subway. She got my sandwich wrong and bread did not taste fresh. I’m happy Maria was there to make things better. Just not happy the way Esperanza treated her customers.

Went to this subway on my break Maria and Esperanza where there Maria gave me great service while Esperanza was making faces and didn’t want to attend me! She even tried to have another customer skip me in the line. I understand fast food isn’t the most favorable job but she really needs to consider her attitude if she continues to work with customers and their food.
