I wanted to bring to your attention an unsatisfactory experience I had at one of your locations on 4/2/2024 at approximately 10:23 PM. Upon arrival, I found the doors locked and the staff already cleaning up and shutting down, despite the store's advertised closing time of 11:00 PM.This incident is not isolated, as it's not the first time I've encountered early closures at this particular location. Despite attempting to get the attention of the staff, they appeared to disregard my presence and continued with their closing procedures.As a loyal customer, I'm deeply disappointed by this inconsistency with your store hours. It's concerning to see the store closing at their discretion rather than adhering to the advertised schedule.

Went to this location during lunch hour service was adequate and fast. It wasn't as hectic as I thought it would have been, being next to the University. Also the line was being handled quickly. The meats and veggies were fresh and looked good. I ordered a chicken and bacon sub and asked for suggestions and the employee was more than helpful in assisting my request. My sub was tasty and delicious. The store was also clean and also the restrooms were spotless to say the least. I don't usually eat Subway that often but next time I do I will be returning to this location for sure. Perfect for a quick bite during lunch time or dinner as eating healthier should always be on everyone's mind.

Ive been ordering here for several months now. I only have a 30 minute lunch so I usually do pick up orders. I was given the wrong order. My sandwich was made with beef when I ordered chicken. Im pescatarian. The person I called said I had to bring the sandwich back in order to get a refund although she knew she made the order incorrectly. I have a short lunch and told her I do not have the the time to go pick up my order then drive back to get a refund. Now I have to go the whole day with no lunch with my money being wasted. Extremely rude wont be back! They claimed I could call back to receive the store manager’s number but now there refusing to answer the phone. Will be contacting corporate and reporting this store.

Employees didn't know what they were doing I think he was new, other employees didn't want to help him they were rude I ordered 1 kids meal and 3 foot longs it took 20-25 min. to get my order and I was the only customer! never again . Food was okay.Parking: Parking lot is small and limitedKid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all .
If I could leave zero stars I would. We arrived at 927pm on a Saturday. The internet and the door said they closed at 10pm, yet two works had locked the door and shutdown. This is horrible. They ignored 6 customers at the door.

Horrible service. The elder latina who was on shift today 7/30/23 at 10 am is blatantly racist. After watching me get out of my car, she refused to allow me to order because I removed a grocery bag of trash that was inside my car. After explaining I couldn’t use their garbage receptacle, which is fine, She remained extremely rude and claimed said she doesn’t have anything free to give me! She refused to identify herself and claimed there is no manager as she was on the phone with someone. Ma’am, you chose to work in a predominantly black neighborhood. If you can’t treat people with dignity and respect, choose to work in another community!

Last night we went to subway on scott & they were cleaning? & closed with the door locked. We knocked along with 2 doordash drivers & asked why they closed so early & the women gave no explanation but just said we closed & went & got the doordash orders & gave them out & slammed & locked the door in our faces & I took a pic & we left extremely insulted & without any lunch. You guys need to get rid of the both of them good staff that represent your brand is needed here. These 2 need to go asap because multiple customers were watching this episode unfold with us!
