The sandwiches at this location is NEVER made as you request. Always sloppy. Workers are rude and unprofessional. Never will I purchase from here again. The food and service gets NO stars.

Went to this location during lunch hour service was adequate and fast. It wasn't as hectic as I thought it would have been, being next to the University. Also the line was being handled quickly. The meats and veggies were fresh and looked good. I ordered a chicken and bacon sub and asked for suggestions and the employee was more than helpful in assisting my request. Ive been ordering here for several months now. I only have a 30 minute lunch so I usually do pick up orders. I was given the wrong order. My sandwich was made with beef when I ordered chicken. Im pescatarian. The person I called said I had to bring the sandwich back in order to get a refund although she knew she made the order incorrectly.
