Since i've left Houston, I haven't had Frenchys in years. The old location further south of Scott was open the last time I ate there. The chicken was ok, the Boudin rolls were very delicious. The seasoning on the chicken was just different then what I remember.
Places like these are the very reason I miss Texas food. It’s been awhile since I was able to get my hands on some good fried chicken and fish fry. I went to through the drive thru on a Friday afternoon at 5 pm, and it was busy. Alfred took my order for 3 pieces of fish fry, shrimp and fried chicken.
