I stopped by today for my 1st time at this location and honestly they were very quick and friendly. The lady that waied on me was patient as she was multitasking another customer smoothly. Food is good, but I don't like placing my order in store because customer service stinks. Even worse, online ordering isn't available when the store opens like most others. So my gift card on my account is useless until it is. Very frustrating...

I had to wait until the bread was finished baking. I’m retired so I have plenty of time. The young lady apologized, I told her don’t worry. She asked me if I would like a drink or a bag of chips for free. I got the chips and thank her. Great customer service. I will be back.
