Love this location have 2 others close by I will not go to anymore this one I've been going to for years I cannot remember a single time when they got the order wrong and I order online from there all the time They are always very friendly One time I seen them deal with someone who was being very obnoxious and they handled it like pros And I worked in the service industry I don't know that I could have held my composure the way they did
I normally go to this location at lunch time. This particular visit was close to 5. I had a young boy build my sandwich and he was terrible at it. He piled the protien, vegetable and condiments all in the center of a foot long. Even after me asking to spread everything out evenly he struggled to accomplish this task. I don't blame the young boy. I blame management. Poor training. They also fail to post that some extras are very costly...like mozzarella cheese. It's no...
