Picked up 2 sandwiches at 9pm 11-15 ,wrong order,I called was told to come back,Went in the fallowing day they said the computer no longer shows anything,no make up order.The person at the counter was ignorant,refus d to speak to me, ignored me.Manager Please contact me .I'm not homeless,I'm not broke.I'm also noticing that most the current reviews are getting one star,I doubt the manager will contact me,that makes her just bad.she probably can't read or write.I know this guy spoke English untill I told him I wanted corporate number and he all of a sudden didn't understand.I live 3 blocks away so coming in to ask for my sandwich replaced everyday is easy for me.ans considering I eat here 4 times per week.

Accidentally put online order at this store and tried calling to cancel but never picked up so I had to drive 20 minutes to come get my sandwich. All they had to do was pick up the phone and cancel and I would’ve put the order in at the right store. Called multiple times as

I hate that I have to come here and leave this review.... i asked for extra extra jalapeños. The lady said she couldn't add anymore. I told her to charge me extra for them and she said no. I love me sandwiches with a lot of jalapeños. It's not like I asked for free jalapeños. Ruined my sandwich...well not as much.... just boggled my mind that as a paying customer I didn't get my sandwich how I wanted.

I got the deal of the day today wich is tuna. The girl was basically scrapping all the leftover tuna from the walls of the container when I asked her yall don't have no more tuna? She said yes they do and finished spreading a thin layer of tune across the bread. I asked her can she put a lil bit more tuna because she didn't put full scoops of tuna. So when it came to paying, she charged me for extra tuna. I didn't even get enough to be charged for extra tuna because she only put 1 extra scoop and I told her that's enough. She didn't want to lower the price and still argued with me that I was adding extra. I'm not gonna pay $10 for nothing but bread and a thing layer of tuna. Both of these girls have terrible customer service and no common sense

They mix da black pepper with the salt and have da black pepper in a shaker by its self that ain't right the salt need to be by it's self cause you might want just salt and no pepper. There was a old homeless woman in there with all her junk all over a table and she went out side and her junk was blocking da walk way and a metro bus driver was in there doing lunch time cursing loud they very ghetto.
Bread is are always stale. The ladies there are nice but they have someone making sandwiches that doesn't speak a lick of English and can't read the menu to know what to put on your sandwich. Not good

Love subway but this one on Harrisburg is the worst I ever been to. Employees on the phone and had bad attitude. Didn't have mustard, no ice tea and very few chips. Dirty tables and Dirty restrooms. ☹️
