Im requesting a refund. I was at a Houston TX store 6900 n loop east and was served sandwiches with old spoiled meat! I have reached out to the store (never answered the phone), I sent a message through contact us. Frankly, I'm tired of reaching out and NO ONE IS REPLYING! $33 is a lot of money to spend on 2 sandwiches that we couldn't eat! I was a guest at 1:07pm on 7/07/2025. I live to far away to drive back in that direction. I WANT MY MONEY!!!!! I eat subway to much now i don't know if I can ever return. Im extremely upset and disappointed in the service and food quality. I need someone to contact me

SCORPIO NOIR

They will cheat you on the meat portions when you get a protein bowl. I know that a protein bowl has the servings that would equate to a foot long but apparently the lady who made my sandwich decided to only put one portion of grilled chicken in my bowl. I saw her put 2 on the counter but when I wasn't looking she only dumped one and I didn't notice this until I went home and noticed that there was minimal meat. I generally have a good experience at this location but don't charge me for a protein bowl and then give me one serving of meat. Next time this happens, I won't be leaving a review for google readers, I will be complaining to corporate.

Stopped in on the way home from the Doctor. Clean Restrooms. Tables to sit. TV to watch. Employees nice. Food wonderful as usual. Highly recommend. Plenty parking today. But I'm sure there are times when parking areas are full. Remember they are located by a Freeway. They are inside Chevron.

Broken Soldier Music

Newly renovated and it looks nice. However, the staff needs to be trained on customer service, especially how to greet a customer. I was the only person in line and the clerk/sandwich expert just stood there as we stared at each other for two minutes before I finally asked her in English if she was ready to take my order. Then, she just stood there. So I asked her in Spanish if she was ready. That finally made her act. I believe it’s because she spoke very little to no English. Still, it’s no excuse, thus the 2 stars on service.

If I come in 23 minutes BEFORE CLOSING, I’m not expecting to be greeted with eye rolls and deep sighs! That is so RUDE!Lacks a customer service spirit! That lady looked at me like I was disturbing her Saturday afternoon nap at home!Close at 8:30 if you don’t want business at 8:38!
