This is one of the best locations in the area to eat. The food is always fresh and the store neat and clean. The employees are so helpful and polite. I really loved your new chicken salad wrap. It was delicious.

At first I was skeptical about people's reviews on here because I believe everyone has their opinions. However this particular location always messes up your order it's easier for me to order through the app and pickup in store due to work. I could order my sub one way and they'll do it however they want. If I go in store to order they'll get it right since you're standing right there.I'm not sure if it's a language barrier when they receive the orders but they will not add what you requested. For example I ordered a tuna sandwich with American cheese toasted bun, lettuce, spinach,onions, banana peppers, mayo and creamy sriracha. Simple enough but out of the list they didn't toast it, no cheese, no banana peppers, they added tomatoes, no mayo, barley any creamy sriracha and I mean barley any on the sub. Sadly no one seems to care at that location when you have an issue. This isn't the first time it happens every time you order online you best expect to get your order incorrect. Don't get me wrong I love subway but it's something about this location that they don't care. I have attached my account and roughly how much I've spent with them and that's not including the cash transactions I've made. Normally I’d understand if it’s busy but it was completely empty and there were 2 employees just sitting there on their phones so there’s no excuse.

Lady didn’t want to work I’m assuming. I was very polite. She had the silver thing hidden when I asked for the meat. When it got out of the toaster and I saw it there was little to no meat. I guess she was mad I interrupted her sitting session.. the “OPEN” light wasn’t even on. I’ve called 4 times to speak with a manager and no answer. Very ridiculous here. 0 stars if I could.

Why do they only have 1 person working at a time??? I've been standing here 15 minutes and I'm still waiting. This has to be the worst Subway I have ever been to and I don't think that I'll ever be back. Who has time to wait this long for a sandwich? Not me. My time is precious and I hate wasting it standing in a line that takes this long. Really??? Subway, for the love of God hire more people. This 1 person working at a time is not working!!!

I am sure the guy helping me today 12/30 at 7:45 pm was high on something, he was just throwing the vegetables on the sandwich, he made a big mess just to prepare it and I even had to tell him to please not add so many tomatoes, he was literally about to throw 10 tomatoes on my sandwich, and I had to keep repeating myself, plus it took him about 15 minutes to make it. Horrible service!

This is what a cold cut sandwich looks like at this location! Mind you a cold cut comes with bologna, ham and salami. This is NOT what I paid for! It literally just has bologna on it!!! I can't believe someone actually put this sandwich together and thought yup that looks right! On top of the fact that they did not put the regular amount of meat on it, I paid extra for extra meat which was also missing! So I guess this is what you get at this Subway location when you pay for extra meat???I reached out to the manager of this location and I received a generic response to my complaints, it literally said nothing about my complaint. I also never got a refund on the extra meat or an offer to make things right. I guess this is acceptable standards of Subway now. I'll gladly pay more and go to Jason's Deli where you actually get what you pay for.

I have had issues in the past with the staff not speaking English or not having any vegetables available but tonight was ridiculous. When I came in this lady was fussing at the guy for the lack of ingredients he was putting in the sandwich. I have never received such a skinny sandwich from subway. He also overcharged me for cookies and had an attitude when i asked for a refund. He was moving so slow while making my sandwich that he burned my sandwich in the toaster. He was literally walking in slow motion, kept taking his gloves on & off not sure why since I was the only 1 there. & they only had 3 flavors of chips available. Very poor experience. There was barely any meat in my sandwich nor did he ask what cheese i wanted he just started putting it on there.
