The guy that works in the evening is so sweet kind it’s so hard to find someone who’s that sweet It’s so hard to find a young guy who’s so nice at work usually people are so mean and rude won’t talk whoever raised that young man praises to him!
Miss Aleyska was very friendly, extremely courteous, and very professional. Thank you!
This evening I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches through the app, one for my husband and one for me.
My husband ordered a meatball marinara sub, and it was not right at all. There was no sauce on the sub at all. It doesn’t look like there was any cheese on it either.
When we called the store to see if we could bring it back for him to make a new one, the associate stated he would not be making a new one and to contact his manager tomorrow.

Subway restaurant on Cypresswoods is a top choice in the area for fresh and delicious food. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, making sure customers leave satisfied. The chicken salad wrap is a must-try item on the menu. Despite being about to close, the employees go above and beyond to provide excellent service. The young lady working there is described as sweet, with outstanding tattoos and a great attitude. She is efficient and helpful, making the dining experience enjoyable. The store is clean, the food is fresh, and the manager deserves praise for maintaining high standards. The only downside was running out of sweet tea and lemonade towards closing time, which is understandable. Overall, this Subway location stands out for its great food, friendly service, and pleasant atmosphere.
