Subway

I was surprised about the service provided by the guy and the lady that are in this subway at. George Bush Terminal A. Both were nice and kind.

Subway was a very good chain, i would get two 6 inch subs and would put hot sauce, tuna, and chicken, and then i would eat it but now its mid i would rather go other places as they offer better food for a better price abd subway hit a hudge hill, food was good but now is mid, not bad tho. If i would i would rather go to jimmy johns or taco bell as they are cheaper and better. I can not stand subway because it was good but now is a terrible chain. Like for what i be paying it better be a good food but, NOPE IT IS MID AT BEST. Taco bell and BK is next to it and those are better in my opinion, and i would never torture myself and eat cardboard with terrible toppings as thats what subway is as subway is beyond terrible, like i wanna destroy the subway with how sick it made me before, and i miss the penguin point and the old subway as they were good but now we have the new subway and the old penguin point as it is gone FOREVER AHHHHHHH. This is the end of the world with no penguin point and subway.

Couldn't find it

The number listed is wrong so I can't call you. The banana peppers I got on my sandwich have gone bad. Here's hoping I don't get sick.

Attendant ignored me for nearly 5 minutes as she talked on her phone. When she attended, the sandwich was bad. The chicken did not look natural. Additionally, the sandwich tasted badly. I will definitely be avoiding this place during my next visit.

The 1 star is only for me to write a review but the rating is -5!!!! Horrible service! Female pictured had the line waiting 15 minutes with no explanation. And when asked looked up rolled her eyes & proceed to have me & a long line wait for 15 min! Rude, disrespectful, lacks any type of customer service skills & a racist. Why is she here??? Plus her coworker from the back tells her about the line, she laughs & proceeds to not help!!! So she knew she was being mad disrespectful but had no care!

The service level is very low especially guy who was the cashier. I waited more than 15 min and he didn’t get my order because I have already come to salad bar and said to go to the end of line. By the way I was with two children’s and my wife, I asked to get him but was rejected.Then I decided to cancel order because of his service, he told: “Go ahead not problem for me”. I hope the manager of this branch will write this comment and will do his best to teach them to be respectful to the people with kids!!!

Really nice subway for quick bite to eat although just plain honesty they all are Hispanic so cashier will ask her friend what u said in English .

I think I got food poisoning here on my connecting flight home (last meal I ate before getting sick, food tasted/smelled a bit funky in hindsight, but I ate it anyways as I was hungry on my layover). I spent 2 weeks in a developing country, but eating here did more damage to my stomach.

Waited while a family of ten cut in front of me and then was told the oven was not working. would have been good to know that ahead of time period terrible service.

Worst Subway I’ve been to. By far. Have eaten at subways all over the Midwest from Texas to North Dakota. This is the worst one of all. Was by the baggage claim area at the Houston airport. Gross.

Tastes overall a bit drier and less flavorful than, for instance, in Europe. Seems like I'd prefer Subway in Europe. The staff was relatively friendly, but there's room for improvement. Overall, it was a somewhat less-than-great Subway® experience. ??‍♂️
