I had a good experience. When I walked in, there was an employee cleaning the seating area. That was good. My sandwich was prepared correctly. Overall, I was treated kindly and the table was clean. Good enough for me.

Order was incorrect upon arrival home. Called immediately, I received a voicemail 2 days later and they haven´t returned my subsequent calls since. Bad customer service. Orders are incorrect.

Lousy location. Ordered a chicken sandwich that had no chicken. Got home, called right away and it sent me the 800 number. Left two messages and no call back. Went to the location and the manager refused to help me because I didn’t have the sandwich. They were already closed by the time I got home with the sandwich.

I placed an online order and arrived a few minutes early. I told the employee I had an online order and showed it on my phone. They said it would not be ready until later. I sat down to wait but was frustrated that they had the capability to fill my order but preferred to wait because they could. It would be completely reasonable if they were making other sandwiches but that was not the case. On top of that, they spoke about me in Spanish assuming I would not understand. Terrible customer service. I would recommend going to any other place. I live close by and will never come back.

The closing time shows for 10pm but the store is closed at 9:30. A whole 30mins still left before the store is closed. It doesnt take 30mins to make a sandwich. Piss more service.
I would usually go to this location at least 4 times a week because it is convenient to my job, however I will never go here again! The Hispanic lady treated me so poorly and also chose to use profanity all because I asked for extra tomato and cucumber! But that isn’t the reason I’ve chosen to go somewhere else! I reached out to management several times to inform them of my horrible experience and no answer! No return call! No NOTHING! I wish I could give no stars because that’s exactly what they deserve.

Needs customer service training. Lady seemed angry and annoyed that I simply walked in to get a sub. Aggressive with the sub. Slapping on ingredients and blunt responses. Do better subway.

I ordered on the app and they messed up my order. I went back the next day and they said it’s too late for them to do anything. The lady started talking mess to me in Spanish but stopped when I called her out in Spanish. Very rude and unprofessional

Every review stating the incompetence of the employees here are on point. Making sandwiches and following instructions on an online order is a struggle for the employees here.

The workers gave my pick up order to a random stranger.. the order said pick up and they gave it away to someone else (male)
The sandwich artist was very dismissive, and had an overall negative attitude from the initial impression, through the sale. It is obvious that she did not want to be here and I hope she finds a new opportunity for employment.
