It's a Subway. It's amazing how they've maintained the same smell for decades of business. It's pretty overpriced for some things, but it's a sandwich shop that is going to be exactly what you expect going into a subway.

Been there twice now, last time I ordered online. The food was literally thrown together. I paid for extra meat got less than it normally comes with. The tomatoes were old. They threw all my cheese in one spot. We got lettuce instead of spinach. The lettuce was wilted.
We drove back and the management fixed it.

Today I decided to go there. The employee looked miserable when we walked in. I smiled said “Hi, how are you?” They mumbled as walking away “hi” back. My husband and I just don’t have it in us to deal with attitude. So we took our money elsewhere.

I see the attitude is a reoccurring issue in these reviews at this location.

Its amazing to me. Its lunch time they have at least 4 employees on hand but only one is making sandwiches and running the register. Line of people sitting there while one person runs the whole business. i stood at the glass for 20 minutes being completely ignored.

This is my second time coming here and my order is consistently wrong. The black women working yesterday Dec,6,2025, and the Hispanic lady today Dec,7,2025. Do a horrible job, at reading and making sandwiches. How do you mistake chocolate chip cookies with white chocolate chip cookies. My meatball subs are never toasted so when I open them they fall apart and are squishy. Everything is always wrong. I tried to call no one answer the phone, when I leave Voice mails. I don’t want to keep having to go back up there. This location needs to do better.

The young girl here tonight at 8:41 p.m. on 10/30/25 is so RUDE. She never smiles even when you try to greet her. She slams your food down. She slams it into the toaster. She acts like something is wrong with her. One day I came in and waited so long for her to come from the back, I honestly thought the store had been abandoned. Tonight I came over to get a sandwich, she then walks off while I'm placing my order and asking her a question and never comes back. I left the store. I will never be back. She has got to have the nastiest attitude ever. I will spend my money elsewhere. Subway has declined in their food and service.

I come here often during the week. I can safely say that this is place is normally clean and the staff while when busy can have an attitude are normally great. With that said dont come here during the weekend specifically Saturday. They have only 1 member on staff which means when they get an in person rush your online order means very little. I ordered my food roughly 20 minutes before going to pick it up during my lunch break. I had to wait an additional 20-25 minutes before the lady even asked my name and then made my sandwich. And no im not complaining about the lady, she's great and has a lot of heart to deal with management and how they run things. She made my sandwich super quick.

I had a good experience. When I walked in, there was an employee cleaning the seating area. That was good. My sandwich was prepared correctly. Overall, I was treated kindly and the table was clean. Good enough for me.

Order was incorrect upon arrival home. Called immediately, I received a voicemail 2 days later and they haven´t returned my subsequent calls since. Bad customer service. Orders are incorrect.

Lousy location. Ordered a chicken sandwich that had no chicken. Got home, called right away and it sent me the 800 number. Left two messages and no call back. Went to the location and the manager refused to help me because I didn’t have the sandwich. They were already closed by the time I got home with the sandwich.

I placed an online order and arrived a few minutes early. I told the employee I had an online order and showed it on my phone. They said it would not be ready until later. I sat down to wait but was frustrated that they had the capability to fill my order but preferred to wait because they could. It would be completely reasonable if they were making other sandwiches but that was not the case. On top of that, they spoke about me in Spanish assuming I would not understand. Terrible customer service. I would recommend going to any other place. I live close by and will never come back.
