I usually love this subway. My experience this time was appalling. I asked for my sub to be toasted until it was dark crunchy. The person who helped me i have never seen before. I have lived in Ridgemont Sense I was 5. I been to this location my whole life and the attitude was uncalled for. The way they just tried to cut the sandwich without folding it over and making sure vegetable were properly in the sandwich was just disgusting. I have worked at a subway before was a supervisor for three years back in my younger years and I would never have conducted myself in that matter this was the 10th of October at 3:00pm. I miss the old staff at this location they were friendly and never cared if we made a modification even if it was a up charge.

This store is near my job and home so i frequent it often. Thursday October 3 I went to the store around 8:40. The doors were locked and i saw one employee duck to the floor and the other ran into the back. Mind you the door says they close at 10pm. So I stood there about 10 mins b4 one employee peeped around the back. I started to record and tried to open the door so I could show management but I guess there’s a button you could press to unlock it. I stayed that I was no longer interested in eating there since they didn’t want to serve me.

The employees are the worst!! You don't just service Español speaking customers!!!! Learn to service everyone in your area!! You can't expect someone to patronize your business if you have piss poor service!! You don't like a certain demographic choose employment where you service who you would like simple!! I need someone to contact me asap this is unacceptable!! Every time I try and get something from this location it's a problem!! Learn to communicate with your customers!! I don't need to learn to communicate with you if I'm paying for something it's ridiculous!!!!!!! I hate ordering from here and not getting what I asked for!!!!!!!

Dietary restrictions: They don't care about what you want they don't even want to understand what you want on your sandwich!!!!

Worst subway I've ever been to. The people are rude and filled with attitude when you ask them anything, plus they make the sandwiches very sloppily. I ordered tuna one time and it's like they only put the tuna on 1 half of the footlong and not the other. And the sandwich wasn't even cut when I picked it up. And now we can't even see the meats anymore so I can't even watch them as they make it, which is very irritating. Another time I got the double turkey and when I received it and went home they only put like 3 slices of turkey on the sandwich so I was eating mostly bread and lettuce. Truly a pathetic branch of subway

A food establishment without air conditioning seems crazy to me, it is negligence because the food they sell can be damaged.

Very hot, food looked rotten because of the heat. Also very uncomfortable because of the heat. I believe this is bad management for letting this store open without air conditioning.

The girls who served did it in the worst way, getting angry because we came in as customers and when ordering the sauces, she hit the jars while sighing in anger, she served with arrogance and kept saying that she wanted to leave. I understand that she is tired, she works in the kitchen anyway, but it's not way of serving customers we asked him for churros and he didn't want to give us even though the counter had said that there were no

If you read my profile you know I hate to leave reviews like this. But it's not just me leaving reviews like this for Subway.2 days ago I paid $38 for two chicken teriyaki (11 pieces of cubed teriyaki chicken in each sub with 4 slices of bacon. The bread? Not even a "footlong." Try 6 inches. Now, Gather round children, it's time for an elder Millennial to tell you a story. The story is called "The Magical Health wave of the 90s/2000's Footlong For $5":Once upon a time in a magical land called the USA, everybody was obsessed with eating healthy. A magical location known as Subway decided to create the most enormous subs that measured exactly 12 inches (trust me we measured them) and priced them at only $5 dollars! For an additional $2 you could add on a bag of small chips (healthy ones or not) and get a fountain soda beverage.Lines would go out the door at lunch time because the deal was so great! But then the evil corporate overlords decided to slowly start shrinking the bread over there the next decade. Not only did those corporate overlords shrink the bread, they shrunk to the packaging as well, but still called it a $5.00 footlong. But when the villagers noticed this and began to complain, they silenced the people by adding things like "teriyaki chicken" "Steak" & even this new modern sauce called Chipotle! But while the villagers were pleased with their corporate overlords new additions to the menus, they ever so slowly increased the price and shrink the bread down another inch even more, and soon the five-dollar footlong signs became a thing of memory. For the typical five-dollar footlong Italian sub that you would once get in 2012, you will now pay anywhere from $12 - $16 for it. That's not even including the extras (which we all know we pay more for but not this price). Each piece of bacon is now $1 (yes, one dollar). The subs are about half the size they were, about 7 inches.~The end ~It is now impossible for a family of four to eat at Subway. It is far cheaper (and tastier) to make them at your home. Go to your local grocery and get "ready made deli meat/cheese" packages for subs (from the actual deli — no standing in line). Now grab a loaf of French bread, some mayo & make your own! If you're from the USA everybody has Italian dressing in their refrigerator waiting to be used. Here's your chance. May I make a suggestion though? Grab a little extra provolone cheese from the deli (again it's already pre-cut and ready for you to go). This is the end of Subway for our family unlikely over 58% of this nation (the % is the number of the people who can't afford to feed themselves as they once did just grocery shopping.) and no, It's not just this one store - it's Nationwide.I thought nothing worse could happen after the Subway spokesperson "Jared Goes To Jail" but I was wrong. They now lie to you. Again $1 per piece of wrinkly thin bacon. I don't think so.
