ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! It was dirty, unkept, unhygienic!! The tea and soda machine looked like it’s recycling same drinks for centuries! Cookies were stale. Sprite tasted like cleaning products, JUST NASTY!! My mom had an upset stomach after eating here.

I understand that they are busy. I noticed the employee putting items away. I asked her “Excuse me, what is the code to the restroom?” She responds “Excuse me” and continues to work on sandwiches when she could’ve gave me the code. Normally I wouldn’t get upset but I am pregnant. Afterwards I did not feel comfortable ordering food.

The manager of this location is rude beyond belief, and her store looks as filthy as she does. Subway should be embarrassed. Also, since does Subway not serve Black Olives on the sandwiches or salads. That may be true but she didn't need to berate me when I asked for them. Someone pissed her off a long time ago and she still can't get over it. Will never go back.

Let me preface this by saying that I am an ex-Subway employee, I worked at a different location for about 6 months not too long ago.This location's food is fine, not very different from any other location, but the service was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.Firstly, I stood waiting for about 2 minutes before anyone came to help me. I don't even think they knew I was there, another employee in the dining area had to call the employees in the back to take my order.Also, keep in mind that they had the cover lifted for all the meat and cheese options so that I couldn't see any of it.When a lady eventually came to make my sandwich she asked what I wanted and I very clearly said, "Just meatballs and American cheese." That's literally all I wanted. The lady put the meatballs on the sandwich and then asked what cheese I wanted even though I already told her. So I told her again, "American cheese." She told me that they don't have any American cheese, only provolone and pepper jack. I was genuinely dumbfounded. They blocked all the meat and cheese from view so I couldn't see that they were out of American cheese AND when I first told the lady I wanted American cheese she didn't tell me they were out. Maybe it sounds silly but I would not have gotten the sandwich if I had known they were out of American cheese, I'm a very picky eater and that's the only cheese I like at Subway.At that point I felt like I had to finish my order because otherwise they would just have to throw the entire sandwich away. I ended up having to settle for shredded cheddar cheese.It's not a huge deal by any means but it's certainly still disappointing. Again, I am an ex-Subway employee. We never blocked the ingredients from customer's view, and if someone told us they wanted an ingredient we knew we didn't have then we would tell them straight up.I highly doubt I will come to this location again.

Don’t come here. The girl up named Ely unfortunately has really bad customer service skills. Makes it seem like she’s going out of her way to fit you in her schedule to serve you. Not a great experience. The Subway on Dairy Ashford is better

During my last visit, not only did we all get sick from the sandwiches, but the worker took it upon herself to add a 20% tip without my knowledge. I only discovered this after I checked the receipt later. I'd have been happy to tip, but I definitely didn't appreciate her being sneaky about it and automatically adding the charge to my total.

Hours online & on the physical location store says that it closes at 10:00pm on multiple occasions I have arrived to the location 15-20 mins before close and was refused service. I understand closing 5 minutes early but 15-20 minutes early is crazy. Management should make sure the closing shift is following company policy

Employees do not speak English. Service was past poor. I had to ask another customer that spoke Spanish for assistance. When asked for corporate office contact info I was give a number that was disconnected. Greeted with no this no that and " Not my problem that this prep wasn't done. So I question this new advertising Subway is trying to sell. Always fresh, well this location has decided not to join in.
