Worst & Slowest workers there. I don’t know if them two younger girls were high or something or just slow. I stood there about 15 minutes no one ever asked me anything. Took so long to get my order ready and still game the wrong shit. I would give them 0 starts if I could.

Three ladies working. Rude.! Everytime I go in there. Don’t have all the ingredients I want on my sandwich. Doesn’t matter what day of the week.
Rude to the gentleman in front of me. All speaking Spanish.. Gentleman asking for extra container of mayonnaise. He walked out. I don’t blame him.
Stopped by because its the closedt to me, but i never go here because they never have anything! They never have Italian Herbs And Cheese , No Mustard No Chipotle Sauce ! No Nothing like always dissapointed , employes say nothing is done by managment ( Olimpia) and they have to deal with unhappy customers dude to lack of managment!

Went to this place and they have vegetables empty and won’t refill them they just tell you they ran out . I asked for extra mayonnaise and she said we ran out someone else said there’s more just fill it up and still told me we ran out . Poor poor service !!!

This website is one of the worst websites I have ever encountered. I get my order ready every time I'm trying to use a discount there is always an error. For some reason every single time I try to place an order online so that I can be ready when I go pick, it up oops there was an "oops there was an error" try multiple times try with different cards and always "oops"after about the 12th time the payments wants to go through this website is ridiculous I am done with you this is so disappointing.
This location in particular has very poor service. They speak no English here. Be prepared to ask and be asked a million questions if you do not speak Spanish.

Hmm I've been here once or twice before. I got a box of cookies mixed macadamia and chocolate chip and they were very soft and warm! I will say everyone working there is mostly fluent in Spanish, so it's probably why other reviews say they kinda stare at you seriously because they're trying to understand what your order is if you speak in English to them. I wouldn't say it's the employee's fault if they move slow to make a order because of the language barrier, but I do see it however as a manager problem. The manager should hire people that can speak both, due to the area the Subway is in, maybe more employees and possibly a security guard to make the workers feel safer because I got my cookies near closing time and it was kinda unsettling. It's just woman employees from what I can see. Keep yall workers safe and happy!

So I walked in today around 3:15, no one insight. Waited a few minutes still no one. Call the store 4 times, no answer. Walked around the building to make everyone was ok….did not see anyone thru the drive thru window. Went back in, to no avail, no one! Finally 2 ladies show up, just as rude as outdoors! Not sure why these ladies that work here are unpleasant on every visit. If this is the norm, go work for the sanitation department.

The people here are very disrespectfull slow and stare at people very seriously and make them wait there was this young lady trixa or a girl with glasses about 5 feet tall worked on october 8 2024 at 8:06pm i asked her for her name and she said why ?

They were so rude and also bad service
First and last time going into this Subway. Walked in and two workers were huddled together talking. I guess their convo was more important than greeting me so I made the introductions myself. The worker faked a half smile and walked off to put gloves on while still speaking with the other worker. After I told her my short and easy order, she still persisted to ask what I wanted and toasted my bread to the point where I CAN’T even bite into it. I’ll be ordering my food online if I’m in this area again. Maybe if my skin was a lighter complexion, my derive could have been better idk??♀️
