I want to especially commend Supreme Kakes (Julian). They provided a beautiful and delicious cupcake wedding cake. Everyone was blown away by the look of it and thought it was presented/displayed very well. And in addition, it was delicious, all of it, not just one flavor but all 4 cupcake flavors. Terrible customer service. I had placed two cakes with designs I requested. Both delivered and did not look like anything I wanted when I had pictures to show them what I wanted. Owners excuse is the rep that took my order didn't know what she was doing and was no longer there. I never got a credit or an apology. Not my fault they hired someone that lack customer service. Second is the cake was dry and not like what I tasted at the wedding events I've sampled their cakes. Their cakes they present at the store and shows are nothing like what is being delivered to events.

This place is amazing!! My wedding cake was more than what I expected. It was delicious, beautiful and succulent. Even though I gave them a visual of what I envisioned, they executed it perfectly. My husband and I were grateful and satisfied. Our guest enjoyed it very much so, they left no crumbs behind. I would recommend them for future occasions.

We spent $70 on a cake and they lied about he flavor--they didn't care that we were upset!! TERRIBLE COMPANY. Basic b***h white cake. NO ONE WOULD PAY $70 FOR A WHITE CAKE WITH PLAIN-SUGAR FROSTING!They told us it was an amaretto raspberry cake for mom's 75th birthday. Three separate employees excitedly said it was that flavor, amaretto raspberry. NOPE! It was a basic white cake, plain frosting, the kind Kroger sells for $20. They said sorry, it was, "as-is" the next day. Then when I got upset, they said, "you can have some cupcakes." No thanks! You obviously don't care. We don't need to do business again with company that lies to your face and doesn't care. We had used them for years. One untrained, unprofessional, petty, sad manager can ruin a 7+ year business relationship with a company. #sad

I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. We had 45-50 guests. Supreme Kakes recommended to get two tiered cake. So I did. They even suggested Oreo flavor for the top. I was happy with the look of the cake when I picked it up. But then during the party, some guests were excited to try the Oreo cake but. It was so hard to cut!! It was NOT a cake. It was a STYROFOAM!! I paid for edible two tier cake, NOT A CAKE WITH STYROFOAM!! I called Supreme Kakes. They told me that they will take care of this and call me back. I waited a week. And called them again a week later. They said again, they will call me back.. No CALLS AT ALL. I am very disappointed at their customer service.

We came to this place to order our wedding cake and groom's cake. Everyone was so nice! And we had plenty of options to choose from. We needed up going with almond and marble for our wedding cake and oreo for the groom's cake. I highly recommend that I'd you're doing your cake here then to come with a few ideas beforehand. We looked at their Instagram the night before and it was very helpful.Our wedding hasn't happened yet, so I'll update the review in December!

We were looking for a bakery to make the cake for our daughters Sweet Sixteen birthday. We attended a tasting and were thrilled with the selection of cake flavors. My daughter chose the white cake with raspberry amaretto filling that was absolutely delicious. My daughter let them know exactly what she had in mind for her cake and they sketched it for her to her specifications. The day of the event, her cake was delivered and it was beautiful and exactly what she wanted. Her friends all told her the cake was delicious and there was no cake left after the event because everyone wanted more! I would highly recommend this bakery to handle the cake for your special event.

Best bakery ever! I ordered a custom cake from them the DAY BEFORE the event, and they were able to knock it out of the park! First of all, the person I talked to on the phone is so incredibly nice! Very friendly, super accommodating, and just overall a fantastic and kind person! I came by the next day to pick up the cake and it was absolutely stunning! They truly did such an amazing job on such short notice, were super kind about the last-minute request, and made the best looking cake ever! On top of all that, the cake (red velvet) was SOOO GOOD; the perfect texture, great taste, and just the best! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for a great tasting dessert, kind staff, and talented decorators!

Wish I had a better review because I was told by a fellow amazing retired baker that I should give it a go. Ordered a 6 inch white cake with a raspberry filling & buttercream icing. Not good at all. Icing was ok. Cake itself was dry and very plain tasting. Would not recommend. For the price ($65) I could have gotten a better Cake at HEB or another bakery.
