I’ve never experienced customer service like this before. I can honestly say I’ve never seen anything like this. I could almost reference a movie on how bad this is.. these employees literally acted like we were we were such a burden on them to even have us come through the drive-through. In November and December I went 4 times, the first time I was served by a Hispanic woman and she was very polite, and the other 3 times I was served by a black woman and her treatment was rude, and every time I ask to go to the bathroom she says it doesn't work, in two months can't they repair it?
