Fatima is the worst employee ive ever met in my life along with Marco. If you dont remember something in the speaker in the driver through, they make you go back through the lane to order it again. Also they are extremely rude and do not know how to handle customer service.

Ordered a #2 combo. The guy at the register did not bother to ask if I wanted crunchy or soft tacos. The combo comes a drink, to which the cup was not provided. I had to ask for it. If was busy, I would understand, but it was pretty quiet. This lowered the potential to get a 4* or even 5* rating.

Best Taco Bell in Houston the staff are awesome the rice is cooked properly, the frozen freezer slushie drinks can cause pain if you're not careful. They are cold! Incredible. Thanks guys!

I tried Taco Bell for the first time at this location. The service was pretty quick. Food was really good, my mom who doesn't usually like fast food enjoyed it. The only thing is that I placed an online order with a request that I get 2 mild sauces, they gave me 2 avocado sauces. The reason why I asked for those two sauces is because I'm allergic to Avocados. But it's fast food so it's okay. I didn't eat the avocado sauces or guac. :')) But the food was good :)

Passing through that part of town we pulled in for a quick little snack we sat there good atmosphere ate a couple of tacos drink a couple of sodas talk for a little bit and then headed out back to our neighborhood very nice

Terrible service. Somehow drive thru can’t get your order right? And the drink clearly had been sitting around for a while as an iced coffee had no ice (e.g. melted). All the while there was no line and no rush. When a place that’s standstill and not busy still gets your order wrong they need to fire somebody.
