Tried to get food for my girlfriend here so often and they never got anything or just one thing right and inside I dont need to get yelled at for grabbing the sauces for my pregnant girlfriend or idk she ended up being to upset to eat any of it so I had to eat it and cook her something different

Third time I ordered supreme tacos and received a half tablespoon, if any. I like Taco Bell, Remiinds me of Colleges days, buy quality has gone down. Taste of TACOS and quantity had diminished, you’re not a gourmet Resturant. I like to support the fast food places, but TACO BELL may be on my exit list. Please consider new management on Westhimer/Voss. I drive from Bering/Sigat Hill. Just think about your location. Thanks!

Ordered 2.99 Cantina taco I asked for no sauce when i got the taco it was crunched up like someone dropped or stepped on. The whole point of a Drive Thru is for guest that do not want to dine in...shame
Worse service whoever in the drive thru asked for my order then when I go to order stops me and says we're closed. Wasn't even the time to close. Should've never asked someone to go ahead with their order they proceed and then say your closed.

I haven't been to Taco Bell in a good while. I tried to visit one out West near Katy, but at 3 PM, their lobby was weirdly closed. You could only go thru the drive-in window. Well, that was not what I wanted, so I left. But on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, I was near the Galleria area and searched to find one that had full service. I walked in around 2 PM. Only 2 customers were eating. I went to the counter to order, but the young man politely walked me to the kiosk, and he entered my order. I was hankering for a Mexican Pizza. I'm sure during busy rushes the kiosk helps the staff, but with zero customers in line, why can't the clerk at the register make life simple and take my order.... The pizza was poorly cut and hard to eat. It kept falling apart as I ate, but it was loaded with goodies, and I gobbled it up. All and all a satisfying visit.
