Worse service whoever in the drive thru asked for my order then when I go to order stops me and says we're closed. Wasn't even the time to close. Should've never asked someone to go ahead with their order they proceed and then say your closed.

I haven't been to Taco Bell in a good while. I tried to visit one out West near Katy, but at 3 PM, their lobby was weirdly closed. You could only go thru the drive-in window. Well, that was not what I wanted, so I left. But on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, I was near the Galleria area and searched to find one that had full service. I walked in around 2 PM. Only 2 customers were eating. I went to the counter to order, but the young man politely walked me to the kiosk, and he entered my order. I was hankering for a Mexican Pizza. I'm sure during busy rushes the kiosk helps the staff, but with zero customers in line, why can't the clerk at the register make life simple and take my order.... The pizza was poorly cut and hard to eat. It kept falling apart as I ate, but it was loaded with goodies, and I gobbled it up. All and all a satisfying visit.

Fatima is the worst employee ive ever met in my life along with Marco. If you dont remember something in the speaker in the driver through, they make you go back through the lane to order it again. Also they are extremely rude and do not know how to handle customer service.

Ordered a #2 combo. The guy at the register did not bother to ask if I wanted crunchy or soft tacos. The combo comes a drink, to which the cup was not provided. I had to ask for it. If was busy, I would understand, but it was pretty quiet. This lowered the potential to get a 4* or even 5* rating.
