I ordered Doritos locos supreme and they decided to give me regular also they didn’t give me my drink that they upcharged me with ! I hate that they rushed with my food ! The shell on the tacos was stelled the meat was cold it look like they didn’t care how they made the tacos ! They didn’t give Mf the sauces I asked for ! My nachos fries was cold and old ! I rate them a 0 don’t go there

worst toco bell ive been to, we were in the drive thru and the lady that takes the orders were talking like they have no class. very disrespectful, tried ro overcharge me because i wanted my cheese on the side?!? when it had already came with the cheese. they never gave me my cheese, i came back to ask for my money back because the food was nasty, the MANAGER HERSELF told me she needs the food back after i ate it, she was arguing with me, she lied about her name and her boss so i wouldn't report her she never gave me my money back until i called the corporate. her name is Fernanda

Waited in lobby area for about 9 mins No one acknowledged me Said to this guy in back would it be faster to go thru drive thru He said yeah because he didn't know how to take orders And the guy in drive threw was the one taking ordered Only reason I stayed was because my son wanted taco bell The guy at drive thru would be following up He said he didn't care And that he was general manager Will not be back Don't recommend Will call on Monday to let Corporate know

I came to this TB because it’s closest to my house, my husband and I were craving the nacho fries they have. I ordered 2 deluxe craving boxes with the nacho fries and get chips instead. The cashier already had an attitude and then when I go back to get the rest of my missing order, he wants to argue with me and say that nacho fries don’t come with the order when it’s clearly stated in writing, ON THE MENU. Nacho fries are included in the deluxe craving box. Then to top it off he only gives me 1 order of fries instead of 2, if I’m paying for my food then I should get what I PAID FOR!!!! NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!
