Taco Bell is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a varied menu of Mexican-inspired dishes. While the reviews are mixed, the restaurant is generally praised for its friendly staff and efficient service. Recently, some customers have reported experiencing longer wait times and issues with service. One customer mentioned that an associate seemed disinterested in their job, leading to a frustrating experience when they had to go through the drive-thru again. Another customer reported a problem with their burritos fresco style, where an employee insisted that fresco did not mean no cheese, despite the online menu stating it clearly. This led to a disrespectful exchange, highlighting some challenges with staff communication. However, after a hurricane, another customer found the staff accommodating and respectful, enjoying their overall experience despite some order inaccuracies.
