First time for this location, very busy but I will say for how busy they were they were also pretty quick on getting orders out. Also the FIRST Taco Bell to get my order right! That says a lot. I will say if you order on the app you can get this build a box for $6.48 including tax. Which you get to customize it as well!

Normally people just leave bad reviews. But I had a good experience. I went through the drive-thru, the cashier was named Jonathan. you could understand him perfectly with a positive attitude. He took my order clearly and I received everything. Plain and simple. But good 👍

They let a door Dasher take my food without confirming that they have the food that I ordered and the driver name is EVONNA
Typical evening Taco Bell experience. They forgot some of our stuff. We came in right before the lobby closed and the lady seemed mad. I understand because I work in food (I’m a general manager), but I would never show that I was upset by it. We had an unexpected overnight layover in Houston and we had been flying all day from an international destination. So we were tired and hungry.
Most Taco Bells that I’ve been to have been the same way. Not so great customer service (the employees act like you are interrupting their night) and terrible order accuracy. I get forgetting things because it’s so high volume but when it’s super slow and also locking a guest out and making them walk around to the drive thru window to get their forgotten items is sort of annoying.
Didn’t rate it 1 star because it’s not 1 star… this is just what most Taco Bells are like in the evening!
