Normally people just leave bad reviews. But I had a good experience. I went through the drive-thru, the cashier was named Jonathan. you could understand him perfectly with a positive attitude. He took my order clearly and I received everything. Plain and simple. But good 👍

They let a door Dasher take my food without confirming that they have the food that I ordered and the driver name is EVONNA
Typical evening Taco Bell experience. They forgot some of our stuff. We came in right before the lobby closed and the lady seemed mad. I understand because I work in food (I’m a general manager), but I would never show that I was upset by it. We had an unexpected overnight layover in Houston and we had been flying all day from an international destination. So we were tired and hungry.
Most Taco Bells that I’ve been to have been the same way. Not so great customer service (the employees act like you are interrupting their night) and terrible order accuracy. I get forgetting things because it’s so high volume but when it’s super slow and also locking a guest out and making them walk around to the drive thru window to get their forgotten items is sort of annoying.
Didn’t rate it 1 star because it’s not 1 star… this is just what most Taco Bells are like in the evening!

The customer service was nice, but I'm so sorry. This is what a 5-layer beef burrito looks like without beans. 1 scoop of meat and all tortilla, I guess, unless you ask for more meat and cheese to fill it. I sat and pondered whether the smell was coming from outside or in my car, but this box of food smelled like straight garbage. My apologies, but idk and I'm scared to eat it.
The last few times I have been here, the customer service is top-notch. I don’t know what the supervisor or manager is doing that other locations aren’t but keep it up. I will definitely drive out of my way for this location versus another location just simply for the customer service, the friendly smile, and the friendly tone. Keep it up guys, we are noticing!

This location was one of the worst Taco Bell‘s. I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered two simple things and they cannot get two items correct the Customer Service was the most horrible Customer Service I’ve ever experience the cashier at the register was way talking too smart to a customer that’s paying to come through this drive-through. I do not recommend ever going to this Taco Bell if you are near IAH airport.
