It said it was open on the door at 9am and it is 10:15 I kept knocking on the window and the 2 Hispanic ladies refuse to open until my wife called up here and asked if the dining room is open. She just hung up on my wife and didn't even say anything, how rude is that to be ignored. I'm NEVER coming here again. Service was trash, worse taco bell ever.

⚠️⚠️STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE⚠️⚠️ HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE,Read the reviews before entering, i think they don't speak english,in an empty store, the only customer, I got half the order after 15 minutes,3 soft tacos,and the others 3 nowhere.After repeating what I want it to put in,and I say it's to go,other 15 stand by.brings the order to disk,I took them and went to the car,we opened them, and they were without sour cream,I asked for no cheese,and the cheese was inside.we paid over $24 and i threw it in the trash,all the ingredients it was out from the tortilla.vomiting.PS the 2 people who ordered after me ate before me,I don't have pictures because my first thought when I saw them was garbage,where was the position they deserved.⚠️STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE⚠️

It's midnight, this store closes at 1am. I'm obviously a truck driver from my picture. I called the store to ask if they could unlock the lobby for me as I can't fit an 82ft truck in the drive thru she said no and they refused to serve me, in this time frame of finding a place to park near the place, walk up and back to my truck she's served 3 people. What sense does it make that you can serve someone in a car in the drive thru but not me walking thru rt to get some food. Tells you how much these ppl care about doing their job, serving ppl food.
