The manager went above and beyond for a customer who had a missing item, making it right. The staff is very friendly, and they work together to assist customers. Taco Bell's food is great, especially the fire sauce, though some customers feel there is too much tortilla/bread in the burritos.
While the drive-thru service is fast, the in-store experience can be slow due to understaffing, with only about 3 employees on average compared to 6 at other locations. The manager seems to be overlooking this issue, which can be frustrating for customers.
