Y’all, let’s be real … this is a Taco Bell. Now I don’t know of any Taco Bell that provides truly superb service, but this one certainly gets the closest. I frequent this Taco Bell as a college student on a budget for their affordable take out meals, and they are stellar. The staff are literally so kind, I’ve never had anyone rude here and they are SO fast. I mean I hardly ever have to wait when I go through the drive thru. Literally every other Taco Bell is much slower...
After a long day and being short on time, I ordered and picked up from this location, got home and found that I was missing a taco. Specifically, the one that my daughter wanted. I was quite perturbed; however, I called, spoke with the manager Jacob. He was very kind. I went back to the store and he made it right. Even though it started as a bad experience, I was very pleased with how he took care of the situation.
Thank you to the guy manager who fixed my order when I assumed a discontinued item was still available. He helped me customize my order to get what I wanted and was very helpful and nice about it.
