I recently visited Taco cabana and ordered their Kickin' Grande Nachos, excited to indulge in a flavorful, fully-loaded dish. However, to my dismay, upon receiving my order, I found that the nachos were only topped with cheese and meat, with the rest of the toppings placed on the side. This was not at all what I had requested. Upon bringing this to the attention of the staff, I was met with a dismissive response. The employee claimed that some people prefer their nachos with toppings on the side, but it was clear that this was not the case for me. Despite not requesting this modification, my order was prepared incorrectly, leading to a disappointing dining experience.

Breakfast tacos are delicious! The 4 stars are because the drive thru needs more lighting since it's too dark early in the morning. Did not walk inside so I can't comment on the atmosphere.

Went drive thru on my way to work for breaksast.Ordered 3 potatoe and egg tacos.Got Charged for 3 potatoe and egg tacos.At the office I found 3 beans and cheese tacos. A fois I cannot eat. I called the store. They answered. The worker answered politely until I got to the complaint part she just hang on me and never picked up again.Coroporate line which handles customer expeiences claims high number of calls and diverted me to a voicemail. No call back.Result lost money. Hungry morning until I can leave office for food again during lunch hour.Lesson learned, immediately break this stupid habit of stopping by TacoCabana for breakfast and develop a smarter breakfast at/from home habbit.Mistakes and errors can be mitigated, sometimes with a simple apology. Disrespect of paying customers, however, have no remedy but loss of business

Absolutely horrible service. Over an hour late for a large catering order that was placed over a week ago. Will never trust them for our meetings again. Had to pick up a delivery order myself. And management didn't seem to care about the inconvenience at all. And worse of all, restaurant was empty, not one person here? What's the excuse? None given, not even an apology.

Very disappointed with this Taco Cabana location off the Katy Fwy. I usually arrive around 6:30am, Whether I'm in the drive thru or walk into the dining area they never seem to hear that I want bacon added to my taco or burrito! And if I walk in half the time I'm waiting for someone to take my order much longer than necessary.
