There's a young man who works at the register a cashier he greets you with the biggest smile when you walk through door he has one of the kindest personalities that are hard to find in drive through fast food restaurants. He is also very knowledgeable about the food, I have been to that location before same guy same thing from him smiling happy to extend his service I told him he should be the guy that represents the way you treat customers for the new hire training clip. It's because of customers that the business remains open, so for him, with a pleasant personality,

This place is great, sit down grab a drink, something to eat , they will bring it to your table, very hospitable. Friendly staff. .

I ordered 2 chicken fajita tacos on flour with grilled onions and queso, then received the 2 chicken fajita tacos with onions and bell peppers without any queso/cheese whatsoever, despite being confirmed both during ordering and at the window. The food itself was good, but not what I wanted and paid for. I was charged for added queso and didn't realize that until I got home
Edit: I didn't realize that Taco Cabana had been sold and purchased a few times, including by the Burger King group - my recommendation is to stick to your local taquerias if possible

I don't know why my first review was deleted. Guess I will have to make another one.
My wife and I arrived this morning. No one was at the counter. No signs were pointed to breakfast. Everything was as was the night prior. We arrived at around 740 am.
Finally a cashier helps us by turning a sign around to breakfast. We received our order a few minutes later and it was probably the second worst breakfast my body ever had the displeasure of consuming. The tater tot thing was so obvious from the day before like other users said. It was stale hard and cold. My bacon and eggs taco had one measly strip of bacon and a half scoop of egg. It's very insulting to any customer and gives truth as to why more fast food customers are staying home. I do not have my receipt number but proof of purchase can be proven via my bank account. I will be contacting corporate as well.

I'm not sure what's happened in the last 4 months. But what the hell have yall done? You've hired literally the worse person to ever have as your company's 1st point of contact. I've never heard such a miserable person in my life, fast food or not you got here by your own decision...don't make patrons suffer because you are unhappy. Just as you may be going through something privately so might your clientele. Not only was my entire ordering experience horrid today but my order wasnt right. It's fairly simple....

I stopped by here just to grab some chips because I was starving. But the gentleman at the counter torian made such an impression on me I actually decided to look at the menu for a minute. I went with the taco pizza I believe with chicken it was just what I needed. It was delicious. Torian was very attentive and helpful with the menu and very kind with a huge smile and great customer service. This is the way service should be. If it were not for Torian and I would probably never visit this Taco Cabana again. But I'll be back.
