I first came here over 10 years ago to try their tacos de tripa. I didn't like tacos de tripa but after trying their tacos I changed my mind. Their tripas were crispy and delicious. Fast forward to 2025. I was driving by and decided to stop to get some tacos and see if Tacos Mayra still had it. I didn't get the tacos de tripa but I did get the classic taco de fajita and tacos al pastor. I wasn't able to eat them until I got home which was 40 mins away so that affected the quality. I do have to say I wasn't able to eat them asap, they were still really good. The meat is still crispy but not dry and full of flavor. Next time I'm going to eat my tacos there.

The portion are quantity over quality. It's not tasty every bite. I got a quesadilla 20% steak and 80% cheese. Majority of my bites are cheese only. They put so much cheese that some didn't melt. I rather have smaller quesadilla then a large quesadilla with mainly cheese.

My favorite taco truck! I come here at least twice a week because the tacos are so good and the curtido. All the ingredients are always fresh. Usually there's not a long wait unless they are crazy busy. High quality authentic Street tacos. They don't get no better than this. And I'm really picky, some trucks you go to sometimes the tacos are a little dry. These have the perfect amount of moisture and everything, seasoning, the amount of time that the meat is cooked, everything is top tier.

I asked for 2 pupusas with just refried beans and she barely put anything on there but still charged me $8 for them. It's supposed to be a filling not a damn spread. I'll buy stuff out that u can make at home for convenience but this is the low quality crap that makes u want to turn over the truck. Even the sauce was bleh.
