Waited over 25 minutes for a kids cheeseburger meal only to receive it raw. Couldn't go back because our plane was ending its boarding and we had to get on. When we opened it up find the raw burger that my kid couldn't eat. Everyone was waiting a very very long time btw. Use a thermometer next time if you have to?
