This place is beautiful and isn’t the biggest but is just right for a calm and peaceful environment. There are always different people there going to study, get a drink, or simply just chill. I have always gone here since I was little and especially since it is very local to me. This place has so many different drinks to offer but best of all Boba. The Boba tastes so good and chewy like no other that I have tasted. I have tried tapioca from different places but no place sticks to me like this one. It tastes so fresh and best of all doesn’t taste fake. The customer service is fast and great. The people don’t treat you like a customer but like family they are so kind and welcoming when you go there. I see the same older man every time I go, and he is always so cheerful and welcomes me and my brother so well! The food there is so good too. They have snack foods and a snack that can fill you like a meal. Everything is so tasteful and delicious you’ll never have a problem with anything. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to find a good Boba spot. This place is the best one!

The strongest tea I've ever had..sweet enough but not too syrupy.. I don't like boba or tapioca but the basil seeds were good(got the passion fruit mango) 🥭 been back 5x since!!

I usually order from door dash, but today I went to the store. I would give them 5 stars, but they charge $1/drink for less ice; I have NEVER heard of charging $1/drink for less ice. Very disappointed about that, they should really change that.

Literally had my order completely wrong. I ask for Jasmine milk tea but when I arrive home, it wasn’t milk tea but green tea instead. I’m usually okay with it, but the drink was bitter and nasty. Tofu pudding is good though, the drink was not it. Slow customer service

The best boba in the area! My all time favorite is avocado yogurt, they’re made with fresh avocado, creamy and delish. Hot tofu is silky smooth, you can taste the fresh soy. In the hot summer day the tofu gelatin and green jelly are so refreshing, their green jelly is naturally organic, hand pick each leaf and made to perfection. Flan made from scratch, they’re silky smooth, not overly sweet, add a bit of milk coffee if you like coffee for more flavor. Korean corndog is out of this world, have to eat them fresh though. All of the milktea are very good, fruit tea also have good flavor ?
Cheese Corn dog was over cooked batter tasted burnt, strawberry banana smoothie had no flavor tasted like straight milk

first time i came, popcorn chicken is one of the best. it’s super crunchy and the chicken has good flavor. cooked very nicely and i would order again. was fresh and had a good amount of chicken, very palatable and savory. 10/10 service. guy / girl serving me with a hoodie (i could not tell) was very kind and patient and understanding! the food was super yummy (the fries were good and crunchy) and the boba is super soft and nice. would definitely go again, customer service is nice and the employees are sweet
