Taqueria El Alazan (Food Truck)

I’ve never had a quesadilla with barely any quesa…I mean that little cheese in the center is ridiculous. Soft floppy tortilla. Then the GREASE, oh my heart, literally, dripping from the no cheese quesadilla. I wanted to try a barbacoa taco..bar ba no no. Is it suppose to be tasteless?

Everything was very greasy idk if it was the choice of meat but greasy the worst quesadilla and tacos ive ever had honestly. They dont let you place ur order in piece they talk over you and they keep asking thats it is that all is that all aver every order like damm let me order and ill let you know when im done. Customer service poor as well.. at night time it be packed i feel that it is bcuz is the closes food truck there is too the apartments and the trailer park across the street but not bcuz its good idk maybe i should give a second try bcuz for me as a 1st time there grosss

I’ve been eating at this taco truck since I was in high school & that was 9 years ago. They never ever fail me. Only missing a star bc they upped the price on the tacos but they are still very good and fast too!

Loved the tacos, will be back again but could have some seating.

Nothing changed or improved to warrant the difference, the price just went up period & its had a crazy amount of people walking away.

Too much fat and sometimes bone left in beef tacos. Was chewing hard things and picking them out of my mouth till I threw it away. You need to be careful on how you cut the meat.

Great customer service. Food was piping hot and very flavorful. Some of the best tacos I have had thus far. Love that I was given grilled onions and complimentary churro beans. Chicken was very tender.
