I’ve been listening to my boyfriend talk this place up for almost 7 years. Luckily we were in the area to pick up truck parts and he called us in our food. I got the beef quesadillas and I cannot stop talking about how delicious it was. It was so damn good. Try this place out if you want to taste heaven 🤤

I was excited to go everyone says their food is good. What a disappointment I took the Gorditas barely had meat more lettuce than anything the tacos the tortillas were horrible very oily and the trumpo was burnt

Very expensive.

Service was not bad. I called to place the order and it was ready exactly at the time they said it would be ready. But the torta de pastor was not good, didn’t have much meat, and the avocado was not even fresh, it had brown spots. I will not be coming back

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, today will be the last time I ever come back. I’ve dealt with their bad service before and brushed it off, I’ve dealt with the long lines and the horribly long wait for the food to come out and even their ridiculous parking but I’ve always came back. Today 1/30/25 not only did they forget about my order but they were rude about the way they handled it. I was waiting for almost 40 mins for a half chicken and beef ribs and there was NO ONE ahead of me. The worst part is that not only did they take forever, failed to provide good service but they undercooked the ribs. I like my steaks med rare but these are RIBS not a steak. For the time they had me waiting for they could’ve atleast cooked them correctly! As I said, today they lost a long time customer and we used to come here often. So long Regio!

I love going to this place for tacos, Gordita and burgers.
They never miss and only ever take 15 mins to cook our meals. I do call in my order so by time I get there it’s ready.
They’ve been my families number one to go spot for years now and any time we go astray to try new place we always end up coming back here. No place compares.
(As I lay here stuff and satisfied with the Gorditas I had)

Worst customer service lady taking orders has attitude with customers not a place to go

This was my go to place when wanting a good Mexican hamburger, so after not coming here for a few years, decided to go again. Wrong choice. The burger patty was overcooked, charred around the edges. The hamburger had a little bit of lettuce( not even a handful), ONE small slice of tomato and ONE slice of avocado. I get that prices are high for produce these days, but if that’s the case, don’t sell burgers with these items if you’re not going to put enough on a burger to make it a Mexican burger as it should be. Won’t be coming here again.

This delicious food has a good flavor, ? the only bad thing that happened to me was that they don't put guacamole as it should be on the Siberian toast, they put the whole avocado slices ? and that takes away the flavor.

Dont come here if you are hungry, the food takes forever to cook as if they have to go and butcher the cow still; and when its finally ready it leaves alot to be desired. the portions are extremely small, and the meat is very unpleasant to chew as its hard and not very tender at all. not to mention how expensive it is for subpar tacos. regio truly is a blaspheme to authentic mexican tacos.
