The price and the portion were reasonable. The biryani was surprisingly good. However, garlic naans were super dry, very little garlic and butter. Korma curry so bland and lacked flavor. Will not be returning

It's the only Indian restaurant in the heights, and I'm glad it's as good as it is.

Food was not cooked properly, the flavor was not authentic. Roti was really hard and didn’t have the original flavor.

On Friday, January 30, I stumbled upon this restaurant by accident—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted, and when I mentioned it was my first time (even though they’d been on my list), the staff made me feel right at home. Even provided me with a complimentary drink of which i tried the mango lemonade that was quite refreshing.
I started with the chicken and cheese samosa, and wow… DELICIOUS. The sauce that came with it? Mmmmm mmmmm GOOD. Seriously.
For my entrée, I ordered the Garlic Naan and Chicken Tikka Masala served with basmati rice. Oh. My. Goodness. This dish was incredibly flavorful and satisfying. I chose a medium spice level, but next time I’m definitely bumping it up to hot. The blend of herbs and spices was perfect—each bite made you want more.
The garlic naan was warm, soft, and absolutely perfect with every bite. The portions were very generous; I had so much food that I had to save some for later (though I could’ve easily eaten it all in one sitting if I tried).
This place is officially a new favorite, and I can’t wait to come back.

Accepted the order and than cancelled at the last moment
I don’t come often, but the food is always consistently delicious, fresh, and flavorful. And not too much sodium like some places.

Firstly the food is amazing! Never dry, great proportions, and always fresh. If you’re looking for rice and meat to meet your carb and protein goals this place is a great stop. Secondly, the customer service is phenomenal. Its professional commercial quality meets authentic home styled customer service and food. Every customer gets treated like family and served food just like it as well!

Tarka Kitchen this location is the best. They are so accommodating when it comes to allergy. They make sure there is no gluten cross contamination for us. Food is awesome. My kids love it too.

First time here, Chris took care me and recommended a coconut curry which was fresh, flavorful, and fulfilling. I also had garlic naan bread and basmati rice. Everything came out hot and quickly. The mango lemonade was refreshing. Very welcoming experience.
