The new management completely impressive. You guys should try banh mi and bun Rieu which they just add to the menu and it's a must try. The flavor is really real Vietnamese taste and different from another restaurant on Bellaire. Drinks so cool and taste so good. Highly recommend

Best customer service I have had in a long time! The cashier greeted us up on arrival, offered us bahn mi to try, but I'm not a morning eater but absolutely adore when people offer me food! Brought our drinks to the table and wished us a good day. Will be coming back! ❤️

We got a Mango green tea, Taro milk tea, and a Brown sugar milk tea. I’d give it a 3/5 for product and taste. The vibe is amazing though! They have this massive tree inside the store and some wall art that’s very impressive! 4/5 for that!
This place used to be Teafix and I personally loved how they brewed the tea, until they changed management. I had a really disappointing experience here. The cashier was extremely rude when my mom and I picked up our drinks and she assumed we forgot to order one for my dad. We had already ordered his coffee, but instead of asking politely or checking, she started arguing with us. She kept insisting we didn’t order enough drinks until we had to pull out the receipt to prove we did. It honestly felt like she was trying to guilt us into buying another drink, just to spend more money. The attitude was completely unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable. Not coming back.

I tried the Signature Milk Coffe( Salted Coffee) and honestly, it surprised me – creamy, smooth, and that hint of salt makes it so unique and addictive. The Apple Yogurt was super refreshing too – light, a little tangy, and not overly sweet. Both drinks hit the spot – definitely coming back for more!

When this was TeaFix, it was awesome. They stood out because they brew their tea right there and then. When they changed management, the quality of their drinks significantly decreased. They pre-brew teas now so they’re just like any other subpar boba place like kim’s teahouse or something. Quite disappointing because I loved going to this place.
