I’m with someone who doesn’t eat land animal (allergies), and they were out of seafood options; however, I still got a chicken, beef, and pizza empanada.

In order:

3) Beef empanada— 8/10. I’m not crazy about beef, but the crust was so filling that I wanted another. The beef is cooked to perfection. Very comforting.

2) Pizza empanada— 8.5/10 the cheesiness, and tangy tomatoeness was a nice non-tradition option....

I’ve only had the chance to explore certain parts of the island , but I am grateful for the experience of visiting this restaurant. Because not just the food but the people and the atmosphere make it everything. Puerto Ricans have a certain hospitality that is very welcoming and they have it here just like on the island.

The first time I ordered from this restaurant it was very good, just a few details, but today I ordered again a breaded breast with rice and beans, practically the breast was raw and the beans were not even bothered to put almost anything for the rice, we need consistency to be successful I know they can improve, there are many Puerto Ricans looking for our typical food here in Houston
