My husband surprised me with a trip here on a Saturday to watch some college football and treat me to one of my favorite foods of all time: Texadelphia’s original cheesesteak with that one and only mustard blend. 😍🤤 The staff, and the other customers, were all so friendly in this warm and welcoming environment. The food was delicious. We enjoyed fresh onion rings, creamy queso, and tortilla chips crispier than the autumn leaves beginning to hit the Houston sidewalks. Then, we split a bacon cheeseburger with a juicy patty, perfectly melted cheese, crisp lettuce, and a juicy tomato slice all stacked between an expertly toasted bun. I enjoyed mustard blend like it was top shelf tequila. We didn’t stop there, though. We placed a to go order of a chicken cheesesteak and an original cheesesteak, both large. And of course, I also ordered all the mustard blend I could carry. The Texas sports (pros and college) nostalgia and general State of Texas vibe were strong and I can hardly wait to see how it grows stronger. I’m already looking forward to my nest visit!

The highly anticipated opening of the Garden Oaks location was very disappointing. The food quality has gone downhill. The cheesesteaks are tasteless, flavorless and way overpriced. As a dedicated customer of your Austin location for many years the restaurant isn’t the same. I wish you every success.

LOVE Texadelphia. Unfortunately this location is now closed!

They were understaffed and the owner had to bartend, which apparently he doesn’t do often. The owner was clearly flustered by the dinner rush and was being rude and making demeaning comments to the wait staff during the busy period. It was uncomfortable to be around. The nacho cheese was great though…

Love this location. Sorry only Texadelphia in Houston area. Have been chasing them around the city for 20 years. Best is to start with chips and queso.. then chicken cheesesteak with mustard blend.

Never thought a sports bar would sell Ghost in the Machine for almost $10. Come On man! First order of wings were small second were larger and perfectly cooked. Just a bit of inconsistency. And hiking up prices because of the neighborhood they are in…Bush league

Food was awful. Meat was dry and not much flavor on the cheesesteak. Wife used to love this place now it’s almost uneatable. Do not go.

DISGUSTING!!!! I ordered a french dip sandwich and onion rings through door dash. As you can see, my onion rings are burnt and stuck together or broken in pieces. The steak was extremely salty and had a funny smell. Like it was old and sour. After a few bites, I got nauseous and just threw it all away. The bread was good though. The other two sandwiches had the same salty, stinky meat on them. One of the sandwiches had the wrapper melted to the sandwich. I will NEVER return to this disgusting place. Overpriced food poisoning.

No persinality or drive to be better. This place has changed owners several times and they just can't get it right. Went two months ago and new owners were optimistic. Went last week and it's somehow even worse than before. Service was abysmal despite only raveling three tables filled in entire place. Couldn't get sports on, drinks filled, or even questions answered because staff was literally hiding and chatting instead of working. Food may have been ok but it clearly sat under a lamp for a long time while staff ignored it. Way too greasy, even for a philly. Took another 20 min for us to get a check and have a to go box brought. Asked for one of out drinks to go (sprite) and the charged us for another? Way too expensive for what it is and the sports bar aspect of it doesn't make it remotely worth it. Could be kid friendly but they green area to play in is next to open parking lot which is always full but apparently for every other restaurant in the complex.

This is a go to spot. The new ownership has turned this place around into a gem. Definitely the place to go for your cheesesteak fix.
